I had the same issue i had to leave it on charge until it completely charged and all lights was off on the box

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem! Here is the fix! 1). Make sure the case is fully charged. 2). Open the case and remove both earbuds. 3). Put the earbuds back in the case, one at a time, AND LEAVE THE CASE OPEN! 4) After a few minutes, you’ll see the blue lights fading in and out on the case and the buds. I left mine sit for a few hours. 5). Once charged, then you can follow the directions to pair them. I took my first set back only to have the second set do the same thing. At that point, I started to examine the instructions and noticed that when charging, the case was pictured open. They should spell that out better in the instructions. Good luck!
