QuestionDoes this have mute without pausing sound/video? Also, can you set this up so that it won't automatically pause when one earbud is removed?

- Answer There is no mute, but you can turn volume all the way down. JLAB app will allow you to customize the controls for each individual earbud.

- Answer The power cord is a standard USB plug, just without the standard looking metal casing around it. You can use any charging box that accepts a standard usb plug.

- Answer You have to unpair manually or turn off Bluetooth from the first device in order to pair with another device. Great headphones though

QuestionCharging case seems to not work. Once plugged into a standard adaptor a blue light flashes then shuts off. Ear buds turnn on and connect while mounted in charging case. Case not charging as well as not charging the earbuds, is there a way to reset this?

- Answer There is a clear tape over the contacts of the earbuds that MUST be removed for charging, and initial use.
