“Charging case seems to not work. Once plugged into a standard adaptor a blue light flashes then shuts off. Ear buds turnn on and connect while mounted in charging case. Case not charging as well as not charging the earbuds, is there a way to reset this?”

• There is a clear tape over the contacts of the earbuds that MUST be removed for charging, and initial use.
