“Why does the right earbud not power on or pair? I have followed all steps provided and still nothing.”

• Probably a defective product. I had the same problem with the left earbud. When I exchanged it for a replacement set, neither earbud nor the case would power on. I ended up exchanging again for a different brand.

• Customer service has such short hours I don’t have time to call. I bought two pairs and BOTH are NOT working… very dissatisfied. I would understand one set having issues but both!! UGH. Guess I’m out 200$ .

• Call the customer service number for ear bubs and they will send you another pair all you need is the receipt and they will send you a new pair
