The earbuds were easy to set up, very intuitive without much need for instructions. The case is a good size and not too bulky. It didn’t take long to charge the earbuds either. The case is what you charge and the case charges the earbuds. Even when I used the earbuds for several hours a day and putting them back in the case to charge up, I still only needed to charge the case once every 4-5 days. As for the sound quality, on a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 7. The convenience and practicality were the best parts of the earbuds and the sound isn’t bad. But if sound is very important to you, it might be worth spending a bit more on other earbuds. The headphones look good with a nice design. What I like about the design the most is that they are fairly incognito. When I was using them while at work, most people didn’t even know they were in my ears, and I work in an area where it’s easy to spot if I had headphones in (I got the black ones). The earbuds also fit very comfortably in my ear. They’ve never fallen out and my ears never got sore even while using them for several hours in a sitting. Although this didn’t affect me, the buds didn’t come with different tip sizes. Again, this didn’t affect me because ethe buds fit comfortably in my ear. But if you have smaller or larger ears that usually require a different size than the standard, it may be worth looking into other buds with different tip sizes. Overall, it's not gonna have all the bells and whistles the more expensive earbuds boast. But at the quality really is amazing given the price point. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for good earbuds that aren't too expensive.

I cannot believe these are only $20! Let's be real, It’s not like these headphones will out perform your AirPods Pro or Beats Studio or others in the $200-300 range. However, I do think they can be comparable to some earbuds in the $100 range no doubt. Design: the design is super comfortable. I have worked out with these, and they do a good job of staying put during my exercise. I have also listened to some white noise while sleeping and when you turn your head on your pillow there is zero pain or uncomfortableness. This is huge for me as I like to sleep with some white noise or music. Battery: the battery is good enough and again let’s remember these are worth $20! I have gone to sleep with these on when I wake up I still battery left, so it definitely is up there at 8 hours. Sound: the sound is good but has not noise cancellation. If you’re big about that maybe these are not for you, but again I think you can’t beat the price for what you get. These can make a great gift or even be your to-go headphones for extreme occasions where you might end up losing an earbud or two. Quality: The charging case is about the only thing that feels super cheap. It feels like cheap plastic, but that’s not a big concern for me as the actual earbuds have a good quality built. The controls are also a big hard to navigate, but I just found myself using my phone to skip songs or turn volume up or down. Honestly, I never knew I would be this impress by some headphones that are $20. I guess it’s 2021 (or 2022 depending on when you read this), and now we have wireless headphones that provide good audio at a price that everyone can afford! Nice work Jlab!!!

Great ear buds for the price

Now these units are not the best units I've ever used, but their price is also significantly less. I was actually a bit concerned because at that price point I was worried they would barely work, but so far I haven't had any issues with them. They have a strong connection to my computer or phone and deliver good sound without stuttering or distortion. The sound quality is good, but not great. Everything is fairly clear but maybe a slight bit muted. They really don't do much as far as noise cancellation so don't count on that if you want to use them in a noisy place. I do like that the case acts both as a charger and a battery. If your ear buds are fully charged and the case is charged you can easily recharge on the go and get a long listening time from the units. The two things I really didn't like are 1 - the charging cable / port that's built into the case is a short USB-a charging connection. It plugs into a USB port easily enough, but its so short its kind of awkward to connect to a charger. I ended up getting a USB extension cord I had from way back when and using that to reach my case. Its just not a very conveneint design considering that most people have an abundence of charging cables in their homes. They should have just gone with a hole that fit a micro or USB-c cable. The other thing I don't love is the shape of the buds. They are compact and fit comfortably enough, but I felt that the button on the buds is so large and placed in a way that I am contently accidentally pushing the button when I pull them out. This has gotten me a couple of times where I was pulling one side out to hear what someone was trying to say to me and accidentally unpleasing my music so I couldn't hear them anymore. I'm not sure there is anything you can do about that since you need the button big enough to tap when you need to use it and you also want the units small enough that they will stay in your ear. I'm guessing over time I'll get used to it and not have any accidental taps anymore. Overall a great set of earbuds. Not even close to the best on the market but cheap enough that you won't have to worry if you lose one or it gets damaged. Really perfect for me since I have small kids to tend to walk off with things like this to try and be like daddy, and I may never see it again.

These things rock for being priced so cheaply. They offer a wide range of audio tones and work for any media I’ve thrown at them. To add to that, battery life is incredible! According to JLAB, each bud offers 8+ hours of playtime and the case adds another 24+ hours of battery. For me, they’ve worked since receiving on the same initial charge. If I’d have to guess, I’d say roughly 12+ hours of use. The integrated USB charging cable is another plus. No more of a need to carry, and risk losing, a charging cable with you on the go. The other major plus is the fact that the earbuds are IPX4 water-resistant. I don’t know about you but if the option is to buy these or a cheap set of buds at a gas station, I’d 100% go for these. There’s a good value from these cheap buds that other common variety cheap buds can’t seem to match. But be aware, with cheap buds comes less features, which aren’t a deal breaker if you’re like me. Some of those are no ANC, hear-through, and sound isolation to name a few. Key Gripe- Although I mentioned it worked with all media types I’ve thrown at them. Depending on the connecting device, I’ve witnessed some latency issues. Pairing with my iPhone XR shows no notable signs of delay. Not with video, music, or games. However, pairing with my desktop which houses a MSI MPG B550 GAMING CARBON WIFI results is several milliseconds of delay. It’s most noticeable with video, not so much with music/games. Delays are not present with any other Bluetooth devices such as an Xbox gamepad, Turtle Beach Headsets, or Beats Buds to name a few. Seems to work just fine with my Surface Pro, however. The other preference-based issue is the gel insert. They feel like a simple piece of plastic and don’t feel so great in my ears. They did come with a free pre-release foam insert that will ship at a later time, which I hope will give these a better feel. Bottom Line- These are pretty good cheap buds that you want to use as the product you won't be bothered if you lose on your travels. These will most likely not be the buds you use to zone out and tune out the world while listening to your music.

Good Basic Set of Bluetooth Earbuds

The GO Air POP are a pair of basic, bluetooth airbuds with a carrying/charging case which when fully charge should provide a day and a half of battery life. The design is pretty similar to other wireless earbuds. These use a proprietary wired charging connection so must charge in the carrying case. The case is slim, pocketable, with a USB cable (for charging the case battery and earbuds) that folds neatly out of the way. The earbuds themselves look nice and mostly non-descriptive. The thing I really like about them physically is the size. I tend to prefer over the ear headphones as most earbuds/earphones end up being uncomfortably large in my ear canal. These are almost the perfect size. This means I was able to wear these for several hours at a time with virtually no discomfort! Set up is relatively straightforward if you've used similar earbuds before. Otherwise, you'll need to use the quickstart guide or instructions from the Jlab app as without physical buttons, getting to pairing mode isn't immediately obvious. The good news is that when taken out of the case, these automatically enter pairing mode making it pretty simple once you know this behavior. Once paired and comfy ear tips installed, next is actually using these. The earbuds can be independently used with your phone. So if you're low on battery or maybe want to keep one ear "open" for ambient noise, that's not a problem. Controls are pretty simple. Essentially, the outside surface of each bud is capacitively touch sensitive. But it's very basic - just a tap. Want to raise volume, tap once on the right earbud. To lower volume, tap once on the left - hmm, so no real volume control in single earbud mode. Other actions are the same on both earbuds. Double tap to play/pause or end a call, a single tap to answer calls, and a press and hold for one second. You can also triple tap to cycle through equalizer settings which unfortunately is a bit ridiculous to get right. At this point, just use the app. Sound quality was good. Good enough for walking around shopping while listening to music or working in my office. The pairing behavior makes it a bit tricky to swap between my phone and computer as I need to completely disable bluetooth one one to pair it to the other or remove the bluetooth device each time. It would be nicer if I could just disconnect the device from my phone or computer and have it immediately join to the other previously paired device. Battery life seems to match up with expectations. I used it over the course of two days for several hours at a time. The battery indication LED on the case showed it never dropped below 25%. While these seemed a nice fit, I didn't get a sense that these would be good for a workout or exercising. Otherwise there were pretty solid, basic earbuds that get the job done.

It has amazing sound but the navigation from pressing on the Head phones is wonky. Overall it gets the job done if you're looking for a good quality and very nicely priced. I've been using them for 2 years now I bought the same pair and it didn't even dent my bank account.

I love these headphones. They are easy to connect and pair with my phone. Sit well in my ear without causing discomfort even when I wear it for a long time. It also holds the charge well so I do not have to constantly charge it. I love that it comes with its own charging cable attached to the case which makes it easy to charge without the hassle of trying to find the right cable. The case holding the headphones is strong and sturdy.

Great Sound, Great Battery, Poor Comfort

I upgraded the Jlabs I usually wear, the corded Bluetooth variety with these. The quality is good, the product they have a decent sound quality to them and their battery lasts a while, tho I do use them infrequently so I haven't had a chance to take them to their limit. There is one gripe I have with this, well a couple. One is that the touch feature for stuff like changing songs, adjusting volume, and more is a tad hard to get right. The other one is that of fitment. My previous set, see the link to check them out. Fit in my ears nicely and quite comfortably. Not these, they tend to slip out sorta, staying in the hear but allowing sound in and giving this constant feeling that they will fall out of your ear. This is on top of them being uncomfortable to lay down with them in and rub my hear sore otherwise. Other than that they are a decent set of earbuds for their price, do buyer beware they may not be comfortable for you. I’m always looking for good and affordable earbuds. I was very curious about the GO Air POP, compared to my GO AIR’s that I got earlier in the year. After a week of using them, here are my thoughts. I really enjoy these POP versions. The POP are perfectly pocket-sized version as they don’t stick too much out of ears. These are noticeably smaller than the GO AIR’s but I’ve more battery life: JLab projects it at 32+ hours of total playtime, which is what I am getting with multiple uses (video watching, music playing, and phone calls). They are comfortable in my ears as they are not protruding out of my lobes. They are rated IPX4 sweat and water resistant, which I’m glad because I do sweat when I exercise in the home and it’s starting to get colder and wetter outside. They are also Dual Connect which means I can take out one bud and it will still be playing without pause. Sound quality is actually decent although I have noticed I do have to increase the volume level when I’m using these outside. Another issue is with the included charging slim case. I like how they kept the attached usb charging cable to the case. It is smaller case which makes it harder to pick the earbuds out of the case. Overall, really enjoying these JLab GO AIR POPs.

Santa is bringing me Sony XM4's, but I needed something 'disposable' for the month until then. I googled "best cheap earbuds" and noticed these appearing near the top of several lists. They were on sale for $12.99 at BB, so I forked over the same money I'd pay for a quick lunch at Panera. For my lunch money, I got few features but surprisingly good sound! Believe the reviews; these really sound very good. JLab has a reputation for great sound at bargain prices and this may be their best example of that philosophy. Again, you get few features beyond basic touch controls, good battery life, and 3 EQ presets (JLab Signature was best for me) but come on, these things are dirt cheap. The sound is the main feature you're getting here. If I have to say something negative, I'll say the worst problem I have with these is getting them out of the case! They are smooth, the magnets are stubborn, and there's not much to grab onto. It seems to help if you turn them as you lift. For whatever the reason, if you're looking for VERY low cost buds and all you expect from them is good sound, you just found them.

The J-lab GO Air Pop have really great sound from such a small space. Comes with three sets of ear tips so it's easy to find ones that are comfortable. Has a built-in EQ with 3 options 1. J lab signature - amplified bass and vocals 2. Balanced - even sound 3. Bass boost - amplified bass and sub-base.(this one is really cool) Controls are handled via "tap" on the ear piece. Unfortunately, sometimes I found that the "taps" weren't recognized, or recognized too many times! (I'm sure operator error was involved and this will improve). Left or right can be worn/operated independently for phone calls, etc. I noticed that the right ear piece would stop playing when I attempted to increase volume. I'm not sure what control I was asking it to perform but once again, these are issues I'm sure will remedy themselves over time. Includes a built-in charger cord that folds back into the case when not in use, keeping the entire package small, lightweight, and easy to put in your pocket. Boasts up to 32 hours of playtime and recharges quickly. Great little sound for WAY less than other earbuds, the J-lab GO are certainly worth it!

Ok,so I got these for $9 bucks with a $5 Best Buy reward. 1) Get the Musicolet app if your going to use music on your device you upload to it. If not then makesure you have Absolute volume disabled in Developer options on your Android device. Tapping the build number 7 times on most devices unlocks Developer mode(use with caution if your a noob). There are other sweet lil tweaks in Developer option too. So on Amazon Prime Music, I use max bass setting on the buds and tune the Amazon Prime app to Jazz and these buds are awesome. You also need to makesure you use the right size ear bud silicon . They give you 3 sizes which for me is the largest so you get a good seal which makes for the best music experience. I will be testing these for gaming with my gaming laptop too. In all these are a good deal and I like the quality and killer price point so far.

Picked these up a year ago on sale for $10! Was looking for a cheap option for work. Ive got to say, after many uses since, these are worth every penny of the retail price let alone $10! Highly impressed witn the sound quality and the fit. I wear them during work for hours on end, so the battery life has also impressed me. These are a set of earphones that offer a lot of features, but they do offer nice quality at a really nice price!

First of all, let me say that these are what they are, a economical pair of in-ear ear buds. They are not Bose, they are not Apple, BUT, they are a nice product in my opinion. I love the size of these JLab Go Air POP, they fit in my ear better than any in-ear headphone that I own. And they are light, they don’t cause ear fatigue. They come w/ three different foam covers for you to try to get the best fit. The charging case comes w/ an attached cord that I do like the concept of not having to keep up w/ the charging cord, however, getting it to function properly was a bit of a challenge. The case is light as well and has a light on the front that indicates charging status. As far as the sound of the Air POP’s, again, its not Bose, these are not AirPods, they are a reasonable priced in-ear headphone that are pleasing to listen to. If you are looking for a simple, compact, AFFORDABLE, in ear headphone, purchase these JLab’s
