Excellent computer headphones and extremely comfortable. Connecting to computer via Bluetooth couldn’t get any easier.

Easy to connect and decent battery life. Bluetooth connection is shotty and mic quality is subpar. Audio is fine when not glitchy. Would not recommend.

It helps with wireless aspect but the connectivity is poor and the calls are not clear, the battery is good but I wouldn’t recommend if you are constantly taking calls.

If you're looking for an inexpensive set of wireless headphones that can be used for work and entertainment, these just might be the set. JLab makes a full range of headphones and earbuds, so if this particular set doesn't meet your needs, check out their other models. I prefer headphones to earbuds, I don't really have any preference if the headphones are over-ear or on-ear. These happen to be on-ear and are pretty light and comfortable to wear for a long period of time. One semi-complaint is that there isn't padding on the headstrap. Since I don't have any hair on top of my head, headphones with a padded strap are a preference for me. These aren't too bad though, since they're so light and there is a thin strip of rubberized material on the headstrap so that your head isn't on metal. There is no dedicated left or right for this set, the boom mike rotates to either side, so you can have the mike on whichever side you want (or lift it up so it's out of the way if you're not using it). This headset connects to your devices with Bluetooth. I was able to pretty easily connect with several devices, including Android phones, a Smart TV, a Windows desktop and a couple of Windows laptops. The only device that had any issues was the Windows desktop. Once connected to the desktop, if I moved around or even moved my head, the sound was interrupted. Since this only happened with one device, it likely was an issue with the desktop's Bluetooth. All the other devices had good sound even when across the room from the device. This headset would benefit from more buttons, but since it's a small set, I can understand why they opted not to. The Power button turns the set on and off, answers/rejects calls, plays/pauses music, contacts Siri or Google and connects via Bluetooth. The length or number of presses of the Power button is what decides what you're doing, which can be confusing. I think most people would opt to control most things from their device rather than the headphones. Using the headphones and boom mike for phone calls is easy once paired with your phone. The calls sound clear and I was told by people I spoke with that my voice was clear as well. Charging is done with an included USB-C to legacy USB cable. Once charged, the headphones hold a charge for a long time, since I used it for a lot of music listening and TV watching and was only down to 80 percent.

It was not compatible to my laptop and the client’s were having trouble hearing me. I believe it work but unfortunately was not for me. I was able to hear the client's clearly.

Decent for gaming but better for web calls. Bought this as a gaming headset and was disappointed. Better off buying something with surround sound.

I needed a new headset for therapy and doing Zoom stuff online, SO this headset with the Mic ARM is just what i needed

I bought these for my work, as is mostly been talking in the phone. It conecta to my cell phone. The audio is great , light and easy to use.

Honestly thought every headset came standard with a mute button, sadly NO. If you need these for work do not buy, they have no noise cancellation nor a mute button. If you just want these for listening to music or the occasional chat, then these have GREAT sound…

Great head set would buy it gain easy to use and operate

I use this headset between my two jobs and it works wonders!

I love JLAB products, especially the JLAB minis, but this headset was horrible. There was an uncomfortably noticeable delay between what I said being registered. For example, my mouth would be done talking before the audio would be sent through, which made it uncomfortable for people I was video calling. An Xbox 360 included microphone would be better.

Stopped working in few months. I initially liked this product, but turns out it just stopped working. The quality is ok, not sturdy enough. But the worst part is now its partially working. I have made sure to keep the headphones safe from damage. But still it stopped working. Cannot recommend this to anyone.

One month later and the microphone is going out. I use this for work and had to purchase a new one else where.
