I reset them unable to pair both of them to anything. They went back to the store

Great sound quality, but not suited for small ears

But, they aren’t comfortable. I don’t know if I have small ears or something but after a two hour plane ride, my ears were in pain :( maybe if you have bigger ears and ear canals these would be much more comfortable for you!

This isn't really a problem for me, since I don't care that much; but I have noticed that I have a more difficult time hearing when I have just one in with music playing. There are days when it has lots of trouble connecting to my phone, but that might just be me ^_^

The sound is excellent and employee that assisted me helped me stay under my budget. I had no trouble with the hook up. I had a cheap earbud before and wanted to upgrade.
