Q: Does this product have a app linked to it
A: The Jbuds Air ANC does not, but the Epic Air ANC and Epic Sport ANC does. -JLab Audio
A: Interesting that I too experienced a similar problem where one ear bud would not work. at will. I exchanged the pair for a replacement. I still have this happen once in a while. What I do is place the ear bud that is not working back in to the charger for a minute, take it back out and place it on my ear where it usually will connect. Possibly a design flaw I suppose but other than this I am quite happy with the quality

Q: I'm a runner in the market for new buds. Will these stay in during a rigorous workout?
A: I have the middle size covers on, but I still have some problems keeping them in my ears when I'm bending a lot, but could be that because I'm new at using earbuds that I worry to much
A: Please try the manual reset below :) 1. Enter your Bluetooth device settings & forget your JLab device. 2. Open the charging case and keep the earbuds inside. Quickly tap each earbud 7x (either bud first) The light blinks blue 3x then turns off. Repeat same steps with other earbud. Quickly tap 7x the touch sensor. The light blinks blue 3 times then turns off. 3. You may now remove your earbuds from the charging case, keeping them fairly close to each other. One should blink blue & white while the other stays a solid white. They should now be ready to be paired!

A: Hi B, unfortunately this particular model isn't supported by an App. Only the Epic Air Sport ANC and the Epic Air ANC are supported by the app in the Play Store.

Great in the Ear Buds
Great in the Ear buds, Bluetooth connectivity sometimes over 30 feet, depending on your surroundings, great talk time music sould quality superb well built use 1- or both ear piece's together, I definitely recommend if looking for reasonable price, well built.

The bomb baby
I bought these for my wife and she has been using them everyday since 2020. She loves the sound quality. The fit is perfect compared to other models. Jbl has always been my go to for headphones and speakers.
