    I usually go for the $40 - $50 earbuds from this brand and I've gone through a few of them because they are easy to lose but this time I thought I'd go for these $70 ones (how could they be worse?) but they are not good quality for the price and the left earbud doesn't function properly. Touch settings don't work at all and the app is complete garbage. (checkout the 1 star rating on the app store). I am outside the 15 day return policy which used to be 30 days and I was left with no choice but to get a return through the manufacturer. They told me I had to physically render then useless by drowning them in water and cutting the charger chord to receive a new pair. A bit strange and I would rather just get a refund but that wasn't an option. Overall you are much better off going with the cheaper options from this brand.

    App doesn't work, they are heavy, noise canceling is poor, and they are difficult to get paired. Once you spend an hour messing around they work. Ended up purchasing apple buds.
