It’s too big for my ears. Keep falling from my ears.

I was really excited to find a product at this price range that had good reviews for zoom calls. Unfortunately my earbuds barely work! They go from "battery full" to "goodbye" in 1-2 hours and one side or the other is constantly cutting out. Touch sensors are either too sensitive or totally unresponsive. I felt like I had to tap 20 times to notice any change in volume, but tap too fast and it'll do other actions. Also these are VERY bulky and do not balance well in the ears. I had to use the biggest ear tips and really jam them in at exactly the right angle. I was too afraid to run or clean with them lest they fall out. Guess I'll suck it up and get the airpods after all.

I will start by saying that these are my first set of true wireless headphones. I was always afraid I would loose one as I am super forgetful. So far, I have not! These headphones far exceeded my expectations for the price point. I have been looking for a good headphone to use while riding my motorcycle. For this to work they have to have a solid volume range. These do! The sound quality is absolutely fantastic for their size. I have listened to nearly all genres of music in these; from Five Finger Death Punch to Lil John to Garth Brooks, it all sounded fantastic. These feature noise canceling technology. This is a feature I did not use as much personally. Mostly because it arguably works too well! While on my motorcycle I turn the Be Aware feature on. This esentally takes some of the sounds around you and plays them in the speakers along with the music. This is great for my use as I prefer to be able to enjoy some music without sacrificing being hyper aware of my surroundings while riding. Occasionally it got a hair wonkey not knowing which sound to funnel in ( the wind or my bike or both) but all and all I am very happy with this feature. When not on Be Aware these do a great job of blocking outside noise, even when ANC is off. Set up was a breeze with these headphones. It came with a great illustrated set up guide. It took less than a minute for it to pair to my phone and start playing music.it has continued to pair nicely everytime I use them. There are touch sensors on both buds where you can control them without having to use your device. I left my phone in my room and was out working in the driveway and they remained connected. I found this to be impressive as my room is on the opposite side of the house even- great range! My husband's pricey headphones often don't get that kind of range. Also when it comes to sound, these have 3 equalizer settings which is a nice touch. You can change between these settings with a simple tap of one of the buds. The mic also works well. I have no problem hearing anyone that calls me and they can hear me crystal clear as well. I have not yet tested the mic while on the bike. This set comes with multiple ear pieces to help accommodate the right fit for every ear. The pair I prefer is the cloud foam. They custom fit to the ear and stay in very well. The only negative about these is sometimes when you remove the buds the ear price comes off and sticks in the ear. Ive had to fish one out a few times. Battery life is great also. Right out of the box I wore them for hours without charging them. One evening I put them on the counter, without the charging case, for about 4 days. When I out them in I expected them to be half dead. To my surprise they were still charged 80% !! The charging case is a neat feature also. Not only does it help keep them together it can wordlessly charge the ear buds as long as the case is charged. The buds stay in the case with magnets. The case also has a lid unlike many competitors in this space. This helps protect them even more. The case has leds that indicate how charged the case is. The case has a built in USB charging cord. All in all I would definitely recommend these, especially to other motorcyclists.

My experience started and ended with the crummy ear pieces on these ear buds. The ones that were on it were to small so I tried to replace them with a larger size included inside the box. In my opinion if you are unable to replace just the ear inserts because they are too soft and can't fit over the posts on the buds after 20 minutes of trying, then they aren't worth the time to bother with anything else. Couldn't comment to the audio quality or anything else because it was literally impossible to put the ear inserts that would fit me. Returned these and got a new pair of Samsung buds instead, which my old pair lasted 4 years. I had a feeling buying a cheap pair was gonna bite me and I was right.

Initially it worked pretty good. But after a couple of months I couldn't get them both to sinc up together.

I was very disappointed ☹️ because it does not have a replay or a go back to a previous song feature on any of the tap buttons. I would not recommend these earbuds . The tap features doesn’t work quite often.

Got a whole lot of earbuds for an ideal price. Will definitely pick up a second par.

They were good while they lasted but broke after 6 months of use. I bought them as a gift and was very embarrassed when they told me they died. Wouldn’t recommend them.
