Honestly 0 stars only because my left bud doesn't work at all i thought maybe keeping it on the charger over night would work obviously it didn't. I get it it's cheap for ANC but soundcore is just as cheap and I've never had this issue with them this is my first time buying something from jlab because i seen everyone saying these was actually really good. I might try another pair but for now this is my review

These things are garbage. The first set I got, the right ear bud didn't work at all. I returned them for a second set. After charging all night, the right one didn't appear to work and when I finally got it connected, it said low battery and turned off after about 10 seconds. Awful first and second impressions. I'm returning tomorrow for something NOT called JLab. What a pain. I don't have time for this nonsense.

Noise canceling is very weak. Don’t fit in ears well. And can’t use the touch sensors to go back a song. My $10 wireless earbuds are better

Craziest thing ever happened when the case was closed it would make a ringing sound so loud like an alarm took us hours to find the sound and where it was coming from in my apartment

Only one bud will pair with any device. I cannot get both to play at the same time.

The shape is terrible. There are way better earphone shapes than these. Sound is excellent. But very uncomfortable.

The bud kept disconnecting form the phone everyday

Adding on to a previous review of JLab, I have a number of their earbuds in our household (Air, Go Air, Air Play Gaming, and Executive). Using these ANC buds just for a couple days, I think they are the best for music and second best for phone calls They check the boxes for all the key features and the cons of the other 4. +Good mic (Air and Executive were poor, only Air Play Gaming is a tad better) +Does't fall out when working out (Go Air has that problem for me since no cush fin) +ANC option is good, but I also like the off and Be Aware settings when jogging +Can you EITHER the left or right independently (Air and Executive could not) +Tap controls instead of press button controls (Air had press) +Excellent sound for music (Go Air is a little tinny) +Fantastic Battery Life I also have Apple AirPods Pros. In my ears, these JBuds Air ANC buds fit and stay in my ear better during exercise. The Pods sometimes get loose and I have to adjust. But the cush fins are great for my fit to remain secure even while sweating. And of course these are 1/3 of the price.

I’ve had multiple earbuds from JLabs and none of them disappoint. The new JBuds Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds don’t either. The ANC earbuds come with three sizes of silicone tips, one set of foam tips and a cush band to ensure a comfortable fit. I had a difficult time getting a comfortable fit with the silicone tips on this model and ended up using the blue foam tip. The earbuds are light and barely noticeable in your ears, and I didn’t have any concern of them falling out. They paired easily and quickly to both my Android and iPhones. One of my favorite features is the ability to connect and use just one earbud, like the old bluetooth headsets of yore. Battery life, JLabs reports that these earbuds have a 40+ hour battery life, albeit 10 hours at a time, with three additional charges from the battery case. I’m not sure I could find a time to wear earbuds for a 10 hour stretch but having the battery case means the earbuds are always at a full charge every time you put them in. like other earbuds in the JLab lineup the charging cable is attached to and clips into the case. I have never had a problem with this and it is double sided so there is no incorrect way to insert it into the USB plug. Just like my other JLabs earbuds, the ANC model has three preset EQ modes, Balanced, Bass Boost and JLab Signature. My preference has always been the Signature mode but in the JBuds Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds I found the Balanced mode to have a brighter sound with decent bass, more so than in past models. Bass boost enhances the bass but in my opinion, it muddied the sound. One downside with these earbuds is that the EQ3 mode always resets back to JLabs Signature and needs to be switched to Balanced or Bass Boost if those are your favorite modes. Noise cancelling. The earbuds have Active Noise Cancelling with three modes, On, Off and Be Aware. I found the noise cancelling to be quite good, blocking out all the noise of the traffic and on the train. The Be Aware mode worked well, allowing more sound through than on my Epic Air Elites. One final mode on these earbuds is Movie Mode which is low latency to provide better sync on voices when watching movies. I didn’t notice a difference with this on or off. Phone calls sounded good and the other party was able to hear me clearly. I really like these earbuds and have recommended them to my friends. They are priced right, good quality and sound much more expensive than they are.

No do not buy !!! Broke in 1 day and they sound so bad. I had to contact the manufacturer because Best Buy did not honor the time it takes to return never buy Best Buy products

They had good range. However, they would not let me end cslls.

One of them quit charging and quit working within 2 months of purchasing. Do not recommend be a use this seems to be an ongoing problem in other reviews.

One ear bud will not charge after 2 months of having them

I would recommend these to most people over any other headphones because of their value proposition, there are two issues that I have had with with them and the first leads to the second in a way. The first issue is the size, the case is not small if you want to put it in your jeans pocket. The second issue is that if the lid comes open they may connect to your phone and then may not disconnect when the lid closes, the fix is to reopen and reclose the case, that only had a tendency to happen in the car when I had the case in my pocket and I really think it was only a problem because the case didn't fit brilliantly into my jeans pocket. So now to the good, and there is a ton to like about these. The case doesn't have wireless charging but the usb cable comes built in and is reversible even though it is a USB A end. I think this was a brilliant move as I'm always trying to find a cable for my headphones and if you have a larger case and no wireless charging this is a really nice way of making that an advantage instead of only a drawback. The case itself has 3 white LED lights that tell you a basic state of charge for the case which is really nice as I will forget to charge my case and find out I have head earbuds sometimes on other earbuds. The battery is awesome, I have used these on and off throughout the day for the last week and finally gotten to a low charge on the case. The 40 hours plus they advertise seems like they weren't kidding and I also used ANC on and off during that time. Talking about ANC, they aren't kidding about that, if you truly want to tune out the world put in the cloud foam eartips and turn on ANC. The closest experience I have from another product are my wireless noise cancelling earplugs made specifically for the range. The Be aware feature is nice and allows me to hear the environment pretty decently. The sounds quality is really good and even ads some base, obviously these are wireless and will never be at the same quality as a wired headset with a Hi Def music source but for wireless they are good and even can even handle some bass. Then there is the giant advantage that both buds connect at the same time and don't stop playing when I take one out. I love this feature, when playing music when out and about I might take one in or out, but more often than not I will do that while talking on the phone, other products seem to need both buds in to use the mics I've found. I use my Dad to test microphones on as he has a little hard time hearing and if he can hear me loud and clear I know anyone I need to talk will be able to hear me as well. He can hear me loud and clear and better yet that is with one bud, so I can have one earbud in and be having a conversation and then take the other out of the case and switch it up for my ear's sake and it works without a hitch. Speaking of working without a hitch the Bluetooth connectivity is awesome, I recently upgraded my phone and my other Bluetooth ear buds have been terrible at connecting (like if I put my Duo in my back pocket they will loose connection, which is the Duo's fault) I've found that my over the ear wireless headphones can be used and now these without an issue from halfway across the house, which is to say that these have an extremely good antenna for truly wireless buds. So I started with 4 stars and then moved to 5 as I wrote this review, yes the case is annoyingly big to me, but these are honestly better than many other products I've used and if you are looking for true ANC then these are definitely a top competitor in that capability. The ability to switch between buds is extremely important to me as well which makes these things rate extremely high in my mind. In the end I think this is what I would tell my friends if they asked me which earbuds they should buy. "If you don't like the type that have rubber or foam tips (my wife is like this) or you want it to live in your front jean pockets all the time and not in a backpack or cargo pocket then you might look at something else, but other than then that these are hard to beat for what they bring to the table" Pros: -Both Buds work by themselves -Long battery life -Tune out the world level ANC -Changing cable built in -no visible lag in movies -Excellent Mics that work flawlessly with only one Bud Cons -The case is large

I have purchased them twice, with the same results. The left earbud stops working and will not charge. I’m usually content with your product, but these are garbage and I’m taking them back once again.

Left bud stopped holding a charge after a week of use. No longer returnable, hopefully they will let us exchange them.

Sounds ok, but active nosie cancelation is not that good.

I was hesitant in buying a wireless ear bud, but decided to give them a try. Well, it’s been a week and I’m ready to throw in the towel. Pros: 1) The sound is AMAZING when listening to music. The bass is just right and you can really enjoy being in your zone. 2) Great battery life!! 3) Ease of connectivity to my phone. Cons: 1). On phone calls, people have difficulty hearing me although I hear them without issue. I have used these buds both indoors and outdoors and have had similar complaints. They say that I sound choppy, yet they hear everything in my background. 2) I have almost lost them on a couple of occasions as they go from being securely in my air and with a slight turn of my head, out of my ear and in the ground. For the cost, this should not be happening. 3) The need to carry the instructions around to figure out/remember the controls within the bud. As stated earlier, I’m ready to return them.
