Taking them back

Piece of junk

I tried to recharge it, its not charging at all totally dead as nothing. I dont want to recomend this piece of junk. I'm so upset!

Absolute Garbage

Defective

Not as Good as Other JLABs
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned several JLAB brand earbuds, and comparing these JBuds Air ANC True Wireless earbuds to those, I’m sorry to say but these just don’t measure up. But I have noticed that the charge time on these earbuds does last a good long while, though I’m not sure about the 40+ hours that they claim. Pairing these particular model earbuds with my cell phone was a bit of a chore. It took a few tries. In addition, although they were fully charged and synced via Bluetooth, occasionally the earbuds would lose connection, especially during phone calls. Not great. :/ Sound quality was just fine. And while on a phone call, I could hear and be heard with no hollow or tinny sound, or lag. The touch controls for the earbuds are easy to learn and memorize. You’re able to customize your EQ levels between Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost mode. You WILL hear the difference. Switching the ANC (active noise cancellation) on to Be Aware, lets you enjoy your audio while also allowing outside noises to come through - like for safety, if you’re out walking or jogging. As for Movie Mode, in all honesty, I didn’t really notice any significant benefit to this feature. The storage/charging case has a USB charging cable attached which is meant to be plugged into a USB compatible port (not included). I really find this to be one of the most convenient features with every pair of JLAB earbuds I own, including these. The ‘Cush Fins’ have a tendency to not stay in place on the earbuds themselves, and I worry that at some point when removing them from my ears to place in the storage/charging case, that they will fall off and get lost. Which would suck, because there is only one set included. The size of the earbuds may present a problem for some. They fit in my ears just right and stayed put as I was moving around the house, and I get pretty active chasing after my dogs. Using these for sports activities may not be ideal, unless used indoors for doing workouts or exercising. I wouldn’t go jogging with them. But then, they aren’t marketed as being sport earbuds, so ... Oh, and after an extended period of time wearing them, when I took them out, my ears did hurt a little. :( Still, but for the few ‘Cons’ I’ve mentioned, these JLAB JBuds Air ANC True Wireless earbuds are decent enough for their price point. And the JLAB brand is one I would recommend.

Stopped charging after 2 days
