Right away I could tell the scroll wheel was noisy and sounded flimsy. I sent JLab a video of it and they said they would send it along to their product team. My computer was never able to recognize this mouse despite using the JLab software and talking to their support. They sent me a replacement mouse, which was great, but the JLab software again did not recognize the new mouse so I was never able to customize the buttons. I had to resort to just using the mouse as is. A few months go by and the noisy scroll wheel suddenly broke after very light use. Interestingly, the same thing happened to the replacement mouse JLab sent me. One mouse got even lighter use than the other one yet both still broke.

I thought that the $39 JLab would be a better value than the $120 Logitech. NOPE!! I returned this mouse. It made my hand hurt; it did not track accurately; sometimes had to turn it off and then back on in order for it to activate. I spent the money, got the new Logitech and now all is well.

I had to return to the store. I’m not sure the “ergonomic” feature is an improvement. A regular mouse seems to work fine for me.

Worst mouse I've ever owned!

It literally broke after a month of use. The cursor wont show up on screen and all I can do is scroll the wheel of the mouse. I have Mac, Linux and Windows PC's and it has the same issue on all of them! I will never be buying any more JLab products after this one!

Will not scroll for the life of it. Searched and searched on the net to find a solution or at least an explanation as to why it just stopped scrolling and found nothing.
