I bought this mouse as an alternative to my 3 year old Logitech MX 3S which was recently deceased. I thought that the $39 JLab would be a better value than the $120 Logitech. NOPE!! I returned this mouse. It made my hand hurt; it did not track accurately; sometimes had to turn it off and then back on in order for it to activate. I spent the money, got the new Logitech and now all is well.

Lasted 11 months before the mouse wheel stopped working. I charged and used it every day before that.

Wireless works good. Had a lot of issues with the Bluetooth connection, would not keep the connection.

I could not adjust to the feel and had to return it but love the concept if you can get used to the shape

I wish the button to switch devices wasn't on the bottom of the mouse.

Uncomfortable and awkward to the touch! Weird compared to typical mouse design.

Puts more pain than my old one! I would not buy anything like this one!

The mouse worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then it would not respond. I had to return to the store. I’m not sure the “ergonomic” feature is an improvement. A regular mouse seems to work fine for me.

Had problems connecting whenever the laptop would fall asleep and come back on. Ended up returning.

Mouse works great. Love it. Would buy again. Bought as mouse keyboard set. Keyboard is terrible

Stay away from this one it worked for 2mos and went bad pay the money for a better one like LOGI. I think JLAB stuff is cheaply made and they dont last.

Had it for a little over two months and the scroll when broke.

The slowest pill rate ever. Cheap and light, hard to grip and move. No adjustments or software.

Stop working after a couple of months. Will not scroll for the life of it. Searched and searched on the net to find a solution or at least an explanation as to why it just stopped scrolling and found nothing. Just a waste of my hard earned money.

It probably is ergonomic for people with small hands... My last knuckles barely hit it at the end of each button, making the wheel extremely inefficient for me.

Poor and flimsy construction. Plastic is of poor quality. Fair to moderate comfort.

Based on the cost I give it 5 stars. It is not at the same level as the Logitech vertical build quality wise BUT it is still excellent. I have the Logitech at my office and bought this one to keep on me as I work outside the office on a regular basis. The positioning of these vertical mice is much nicer on the arm when using the mouse for extended periods of time. A vertical mouse is superior in my opinion. The silent click is nice as well.

I bought this for my wife to use for work. She likes it so far. She says it has helped with her wrist pain. It was easy to set up. Plug and play.

I do not like the left side buttons nor the topmost button, but using the software provided you can rebind these buttons to do something else or do nothing (I selected nothing.) Otherwise, generally really like the mouse, though it is a bit big.
