You have to turn it sideways for a second and it will reconnect. It's a pain in the butt to use. I will go back to Anker at a cheaper price. 2 stars because it functions but not how it should.

Also, there were no instructions in the box, and I can't find a link to instructions. Have not been able to get my MS Surface computer to connect to it. It shows that it finds it, but doesn't connect. So far, it's useless.
