Stay Away! Worst mouse I've ever owned. It literally broke after a month of use. The cursor wont show up on screen and all I can do is scroll the wheel of the mouse. I have Mac, Linux and Windows PC's and it has the same issue on all of them! I will never be buying any more JLab products after this one!

Had problems connecting whenever the laptop would fall asleep and come back on. Ended up returning.

Mouse works great. Love it. Would buy again. Bought as mouse keyboard set. Keyboard is terrible

Was working well for 6 months. Now scroll wheel not working..

Stay away from this one it worked for 2mos and went bad pay the money for a better one like LOGI. I think JLAB stuff is cheaply made and they dont last.

Stop working after a couple of months. Will not scroll for the life of it. Searched and searched on the net to find a solution or at least an explanation as to why it just stopped scrolling and found nothing. Just a waste of my hard earned money.

It probably is ergonomic for people with small hands... My last knuckles barely hit it at the end of each button, making the wheel extremely inefficient for me.

Poor and flimsy construction. Plastic is of poor quality. Fair to moderate comfort.

Based on the cost I give it 5 stars. It is not at the same level as the Logitech vertical build quality wise BUT it is still excellent. I have the Logitech at my office and bought this one to keep on me as I work outside the office on a regular basis. The positioning of these vertical mice is much nicer on the arm when using the mouse for extended periods of time. A vertical mouse is superior in my opinion. The silent click is nice as well.

I bought this for my wife to use for work. She likes it so far. She says it has helped with her wrist pain. It was easy to set up. Plug and play.

Best ergonomically useful mouse I've ever owned. Resists fatigue extremely well. It feels so natural in your hand. Excellent engineering. Highly recommended.

I do not like the left side buttons nor the topmost button, but using the software provided you can rebind these buttons to do something else or do nothing (I selected nothing.) Otherwise, generally really like the mouse, though it is a bit big.

Got this mouse due to bad hand strain while creating for YouTube and I gotta tell you, this design in general is so comfortable that I can’t understand why it’s not the standard for mouse design,and for what you pay(which compared to other brands is very minimal) it is a fantastic product, highly recommend

The ergonomic design is great. It constantly disconnects though. You have to turn it sideways for a second and it will reconnect. It's a pain in the butt to use. I will go back to Anker at a cheaper price. 2 stars because it functions but not how it should.

I like this, but not as much as other ergonomic mouse. Maybe it's a settings thing I need to work on. But, overall it is fine.

My wife got this mouse to help with wrist pain. She loved the ergonomics, but after less than a year of use, something inside the scroll wheel broke, causing it to free spin and not work.

This is advertised as bluetooth mouse -- but you have to plug a device into the USB port for it to work. Also, there were no instructions in the box, and I can't find a link to instructions. Have not been able to get my MS Surface computer to connect to it. It shows that it finds it, but doesn't connect. So far, it's useless.
