Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the JBuds Ergonomic Wireless Mouse, particularly its comfortable design that fits well in hand and its long-lasting battery. Users also appreciate its ease of use, reliable connectivity, and lightweight build. However, some customers have reported issues with the scroll wheel, and a few found the size initially takes some adjustment.

Used at home office. Easy to get used to. Convenience of having the option of wired connection to computer and to charge. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I had to get used to was that it's black. If they had other color options, I would've considered them. Overall a very good mouse.

Easy to use. Works great. The price is good. Have a friend that bought an expensive one, this one works just as good as the more expensive ones. Like how i can rest my hand and wrist in a natural position.

This thing is a life saver. I work ten hours a day on a computer and this has significantly reduced my arthritis in my wrist. Cheaper than other options but still really good. The app or program works great also. A lot of customization for better workflow. Lightweight and tactile but quiet buttons.

Nice mouse for the money; software is mediocre.

The mouse itself is pretty nice for the price. It's got a silent click, and is pretty comfortable in my hand. Battery life seems pretty good so far as well. The shortcomings of this mouse lie in the software. The JLab Work app is just very basic. You cannot program mouse buttons to do different things in different programs. There are profiles that can be setup, but they don't change automatically, so I don't find them very useful. X-Mouse solved some of these issues for me, but unfortunately not all the mouse buttons can be custom programmed, so it's still not perfect. Overall a nice mouse for the money, but the software needs work.

I really like this mouse. When I first bought it, I thought how am I going to figure it out but it was easy. It fits perfectly in the hand, easy to control and I find that my carpal tunnel is not as aggravated with this mouse.

    hand saver!!!!!

I use a computer all day for work. Recently I began getting tingling pain in my index finger and cramping in my hand/wrist. It got to the point where I didn't know if I could keep doing this job as the pain throbbed with every click. I rushed out on my lunch break to pick up this mouse. As soon as I began using the rotated hand position, the pain immediately stopped. (of course there is residual soreness) I've been using the mouse for 3 days now and I am very pleased. Pros: Ergonomic shape that really works! No replacing batteries. Immediate compatibility in Windows 11. Decent button mapping software. Silent click and scroll wheel. Cons: Very light weight, slick plastic feel I have used cheap mice (mouses?) my entire life, so using to this one was nothing new. It doesn't have a premium feel that you'd pay another $50 to get. However, the performance makes up for this. The silent clicking is a total gamechanger and gives a brand new computing experience. I'm thrilled that I'm not destroying my finger and wrist with all of the clicking that I do now. Absolutely worth it.

Used for 3 months now…I like the feel on my wrist. Better angle than traditional mouse. Good for folks with carpal tunnel. It does feel a little light and cheap, but have been holding up fine. Use a quality mousepad since the mouse is super light.

I bought this mouse and found it very comfortable to use. It is in my opinion, superior to the Logitech Lift. I very much enjoyed using this mouse and would buy it again. The software would be the one downside I would give it that keeps it at 4 stars rather than 5 stars. It's not terrible. In fact, the software alone is 4 stars because the mouse itself is clearly a 5 star mouse. I only returned it because for use case(Excel spreadsheets) I believe the MX Master 3s was better. But it was also $90 more expensive. This is a great mouse and I will very likely purchase another in the future. Though some additional colors would be nice.

Takes some getting used to. Easier on your wrist. Would of gave it 5 starts but it's too light weight, and I also can't move it as easily as a regular mouse.

First Ergo Mouse, 12th JLab Product

Good product. Very light, which might make some feel it's not durable. But it has held up well for a couple of months now. I haven't even needed to recharge it yet out of the box! I use it daily at work, so it gets lots of use. The JLab Work App is great at programming the buttons so I can customize their use. I got this ergo mouse to replace a thumb-trackball mouse. My hand fits comfortably and the angle of the mouse is nice. No soreness after hours of use. I did add some grip tape to the sides and bottom of the mouse due to my personal work station. It's a tight space and I need to constantly pick up and move the mouse. Being lightweight and very smooth, it was hard to grip easily and move, so the tape allows my fingers pick it up without having to change my grip on the mouse itself. It also moved too smoothly over the desk surface (no room for a true mousepad), so I had to add some friction to prevent the mouse from sliding around like an air-hockey puck. Those improvements were personal choices I made and in no way diminished how I feel about the high quality of the mouse. I have several JLab products and I find everyone to be a great value for the money.

As the title says, Im glad I can switch between three devices without having to worry about changing a usb dongle for each device. I used to have two mice to work on two different machines and this eliminates clutter.

    Excellent Vertical Mouse

I've been using vertical mice for about 5 years now. They really do noticeably reduce wrist strain. This one fits my hand perfectly, and the desktop button top is such a useful feature, I find myself wondering why it isn't standard on all mice. On top of that, a single charge last a very long time. I had a much more expensive Logitech vertical mouse in the past. It was over twice the price, didn't fit my hand as well, and only lasted a year. I don't know how long this one will last, but it's safe to assume it will last at least as long as the bigger name brand, and likely longer.

I was having issues with my old wireless mouse and while browsing at a Best Buy store, spotted this "weird" looking mouse. The price was good and the more I looked at it, the more I saw how it would be better than my old mouse. So I bought it and am I ever glad I did. I love this JLab-JBuds ergonomic wireless mouse!
