Purchased this mouse for work and have been using it for a few weeks. The fit and angle are improved over other vertical mice. Good connection via USB dongle or 2 Bluetooth connections. Haven't had to charge it yet.

I havent had to charge it in my 2 months of owning it, it fits comfortably in my hand, and the buttons are convenient

I am an accountant and have seen ergo mouses rise in popularity. I chose this JLab mouse because it was only $40 when the competing Logitech was like minimum $80. I absolutely love it. The ease of plugging it in via USB-C to charge and not replacing batteries, if glides well on the mousepad. Overall, great mouse. It has also helped with some wrist pain I began to feel!!

I use a computer all day for work. Recently I began getting tingling pain in my index finger and cramping in my hand/wrist. It got to the point where I didn't know if I could keep doing this job as the pain throbbed with every click. I rushed out on my lunch break to pick up this mouse. As soon as I began using the rotated hand position, the pain immediately stopped. (of course there is residual soreness) I've been using the mouse for 3 days now and I am very pleased. Pros: Ergonomic shape that really works! No replacing batteries. Immediate compatibility in Windows 11. Decent button mapping software. Silent click and scroll wheel. Cons: Very light weight, slick plastic feel I have used cheap mice (mouses?) my entire life, so using to this one was nothing new. It doesn't have a premium feel that you'd pay another $50 to get. However, the performance makes up for this. The silent clicking is a total gamechanger and gives a brand new computing experience. I'm thrilled that I'm not destroying my finger and wrist with all of the clicking that I do now. Absolutely worth it.

Working from home, ergonomics has become a point of interest due to extended hours at my PC. I wanted to try an ergo mouse but wasn’t willing to shell out double the price of others to try it. I found the JLab mouse and decided to give it a shot. I have been pleasantly surprised with how my wrist and hand pain subsided after a very short time of use. Functionality is spot on. I like how you can connect via dongle or Bluetooth. This works great for switching easily between my work pc and my personal pc. For the money I highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this mouse. The design is fantastic. The scroll wheel is quiet And, it's rechargable with a c-usb input. And, I love the bells and whistles - the back and foward buttons near the thumb, the quiet scroll wheel, and especially the top button that instantly minimizes ALL open browser windows and apps. That's such a perk! Now I don't have to individually minimize the tons of apps I have open! I've had a few of these and hope they keep making them. I have one star off because they only last a couple of years and then you need to reup. But, they are cost friendly, and when you get the 2 year warranty, well, then... you know. :)

I'm an average-height man and this mouse fits my hand size well. Battery life has held up well over 2 years and I haven't had any issues at all. The mouse tracks cleanly and handles different surfaces pretty well. No complaints!

Easy to use. Works great. The price is good. Have a friend that bought an expensive one, this one works just as good as the more expensive ones. Like how i can rest my hand and wrist in a natural position.

Best mouse to alleviate wrist pain and strain on wrist bones. The customizable and remappable buttons via the jlab app makes it infinitely customizable to your liking. The DPI switch is great also to adjust to your setup. Size is great for me. I have medium sized hands. Overall, its great and I have recommended it to many coworkers.

The mouse itself is pretty nice for the price. It's got a silent click, and is pretty comfortable in my hand. Battery life seems pretty good so far as well. The shortcomings of this mouse lie in the software. The JLab Work app is just very basic. You cannot program mouse buttons to do different things in different programs. There are profiles that can be setup, but they don't change automatically, so I don't find them very useful. X-Mouse solved some of these issues for me, but unfortunately not all the mouse buttons can be custom programmed, so it's still not perfect. Overall a nice mouse for the money, but the software needs work.
