Out of all the bluetooth mouses I have had over the past 20ish years, this one just feels so good in my right hand !!! I just might buy it again because it feels just really good to use and the bluetooth connection cursor feel on the screen is just incredible ! Buy it and you'll probably will love it very much to recommend it to others !!! I currently use an HP 420 bluetooth 5.3 mouse with my Hp Envy 17.3 laptop which is also terrific !!! I might buy this JLab JBuds again just to alternate with my Hp 420 mouse . Happy buying everyone ! A+ Happy when I had this mouse . *Remember, if you just do not enjoy it or does not work with your system, you can return it for a refund at Best Buy !

Battery life is very good. It recharges with a USB cable. Scrolls very smoothly and doesn't jump lines.

I will start off this review by saying the mouse is the best feeling mouse I have ever used. The buttons are very quiet and gives you a premium feel when clicking. The customization of the buttons of the mouse is a great addition and comes in very handy. I liked the mouse this much that I even bought 3 of these things. However, the bad news is the quality of the components appears to be cheap where the issue I have had with the mouse is the scroll wheel starts to slip causing the scrolling function to skip/stick when scrolling and when you get to the top or bottom the page jumps/bounces making it very annoying. Now for the worst part (and they will know exactly who I am after explaining this part). Contacted them explaining the issue along with some other minor issues I was experiencing. Initially they will respond to you in a timely fashion, great. But there is no trouble shooting. What they will have you do is submit a video of you smashing or dunking the mouse in water before they issue you a voucher to purchase a new one off of their website. They will also make it clear that this is a one time option so it appears that if you have issues with the replacement you are out of luck for any further replacement. This clearly tells me that they are aware of the inferiority of their products and the know issues. They had me do this 2 times with 2 different mouse and the last replacement instead of sending me a brand new mouse they sent me an open box used mouse. The box came unsealed, no wrapping on the mouse like all others I purchased were and the manual was wrinkled which means it was read. I submitted pictures immediately upon opening the box and they promptly created RMA and a mailing label to send out a new one. However, they did not tell me that they were waiting on me to send back the old one before shipping out the new one and after a couple of days or not receiving a shipping confirmation I reached out with them telling me that I have to mail in the old one first. I angrily responded and said that I am not going out of my way in CT's cold weather to send back a used product they normally have me destroy over video. Furthermore it is their fault for sending out a used product which there is no way the could not have known prior to shipping it out. Because of my upset response which I have all the right to be, they went completely ghost and stopped responding to my emails. So as customers we have no right to get upset with them as they will completely ignore you thereafter because their feelings are hurt. I will be contacting my credit card company and this company will never receive a dime from me moving forward. Buyers beware.

Like this purchase no need to look for batteries when mouse goes die. Just plug up to USB and recharge the mouse.

Bluetooth is the way to go! Forget the usb connection.

Wanted it to work so bad. It started off great then, gave red light indicator for charging. Charging function NEVER worked
