Okay mouse, the scroll wheel broke after a year. The quiet clicks were nice

This was simply the best bang for your buck, love this mouse, the nice smooth and soft clicks, how it glides on the surface of the mouse pad, and the very strong connection to the computer, never seem to skip, I love it.

Worked great at first but within 3 months of regular use the scroll wheel broke and I was unable to fix it. Would not recommend this product to others as it seems to be a regular issue.

The Jlabs is a desktop mouse and it is also aimed at being the daily driver for people who prefer to use mouse instead of the laptop’s trackpad. The dimension is compact enough to travel with a laptop and it is fairly light since it has rechargeable battery. There are two connectivity options: Bluetooth and wireless 2.4 GHz radio frequency that uses dongle to connect via standard USB port (non USB-C). If you need to connect the dongle to USB-C port, you need to use an adapter, which doesn’t come with the package. Jlabs include the cable in the package. Battery performance is good, I use it almost everyday since getting it and it has never been recharged. Jlabs rated the mouse for use up to 4+ months of use. Not sure where that number comes from but it’s good to know that this mouse is designed to have such long battery life. I would suggest to charge the mouse every couple of weeks especially if you use the mouse on daily basis. The mouse is easy to use and it’s fairly ergonomic. It is completely plug and play unless you need to program the buttons, in which case you need to install the Jlabs software. Since it’s a full-sized mouse, it’s comfortable to use with my right hand. I use it with Windows PC, however, the mouse supports MacOS as well, and ChromeOS. The buttons are programmable and we can change the dpi on the fly from 1200-2400. Tracking performance is accurate and responsive with the sensor capable to process 4000 frames per second. The click is silent, too. The mouse checks the boxes for work purposes but what about for gaming? Well, for casual RTS games and most games yes this mouse works just like any other mouse, however, for competitive FPS games or esports, this mouse isn’t designed for that purpose. Repetitive clicking response is just not there, which is understandable. Overall, this is a good daily driver.

Great wireless mouse for the price cant go wrong with it

I bought this mouse to replace another type of mouse. This one is far superior to the one it replaced.

Great mouse function, but useless rechargeable battery. Charge only lasts one day at best. Need to keep it plugged in all the time. Essentially, it is not a wireless mouse and is really a corded mouse. I should have returned it, but I kept it too long (1.5 months) attempting to get it to work properly. Best Buy indicates it is no longer returnable.

Connectivity was easy to set up and started using it within minutes.
