The left click button has become less sensitive, sometimes, click doesn't register, and need to click multiple times.

Mouse and replacement both wouldn't charge

I tried everything possible, but could not get the mouse to charge for longer than a few seconds before it stopped and the red indicator light immediately came back. Exchanged my first one under the manufacturer's warranty, and the second one did the exact same thing when it needed to be charged. I sent a message to JLAB asking if maybe there was a known defective but never heard back. It's a shame because the mouse was great, but not being able to charge it made it useless. I will be staying away from JLAB in the future.

It had syncing issues with my MacBook Air where it would connect and disconnect at some point when not in use. The mouse would wake up but would not send signals to the MacBook. Turning it off and on wouldn’t re-engage the connection but re-engaged when it wanted to, which I wasn’t sure when that was . Returned the product after multiple times of connection issues on the first evening. I only tested the Bluetooth connectivity since I did not have a usb-a connection.
