Customers are impressed with the sound quality and battery life of the Play Gaming Wireless Earbuds. Many also appreciate the comfortable fit and lightweight design, making them ideal for extended use. Operational User Evaluation of JLab Audio - Play Wireless Stereo Gaming Earphones - Black/Blue
Model:GEBPLAYRBLKBLU84
SKU:6396200
Summary report:
Product meets described functions.
Detailed results:
This unit was able to transmit and receive multiple BT 5.0 signals on multiple devices without any issues.
Battery life was around 10.8 hours of heavy use, and more than a week of occasional/standby use.
30 minutes to fully charge unit out of the box. Dead battery took 95 minutes.
For $49 retail this is a bargain. Buds were comfortable and blocked out as much sound as you want to block out/just push them in further.
Controls were in a convenient location with raised edges to locate the exact button. Voice functions tell you where you are in connection and pairing process/etc. There are 3 nodules to sort through with your hands. But this is a quick learning process.
Test process:
Ear buds were used with 7 various BT 5.0 devices and a trip outside the house to test distance from transceiver devices. This included phone calls, music files, and Facetime!
Be advised that BT 5.0 and 5.1 are the standard and any devices purchased should have this basic new standard built into the hardware.
Mute slider button works as advertised.
Voice directions over ear buds for most functions.
Stereo separation was outstanding!
XBOX wired connection worked as advertised.
Lossless audio was used for all audio tests except TV and gaming. TV sound was superior to my receiver using external speakers. This is true of most quality headphones. Sound was warm and bass was slightly muted but clean.
Holding down the up and down volume buttons advances tracks.
Range was 15-45 feet with walls and obstructions. 85 feet line of site! Best range was with iPhone BT 5.0. Range was less than my large over the ear BT 5.0 headphones. Not an issue if you are playing games or have your mobile device with you.
Thoughts:
XBOX controller can connect via BT to a PC but nothing can connect to an XBOX controller or console via BT directly. Only specifically designed headphones/equipment for XBOX will work for wireless.
No background noise suppression for phone calls.
Driver/software updates:
Did not find any FW updates for this device.
Test equipment:
4K Sony TVs, two BT 5.0 2020 SE iPhones, two BT 5.0 computers, BT 5.0 transceiver, XBOX-X and XBOX-S,
and Denon receiver.
Published specs:
Rechargeable battery

some people prefer earphones than a regular headset, Jlabs wireless gaming earphones are great, also function as a regular wireless earphone on to go to play mobile games or listen to music.
Pros
- light weight earphone, you’ll almost forget that you have it wrapped around your neck
- bluetooth works easy and connects without any issues
- this earphones it comes with microphone, tested while playing Warzone on console they did confirmed that I sounded fine
- for $50 audio quality sounded good, gaming and listening to audio wirelessly do have 2 different audio clarity from my experience ( on gaming just don’t select 3D audio for headset on game settings, the audio won’t sound right from testing experience)
Cons
- listening to music seems a bit flat when comparing it on gaming, Bass doesn’t have much depth and the audio level doesn’t get loud as I would expect, not saying it’s bad it’s good audio balance that I wish it carry a little more punch
- i enjoying listening to my Beats earphones while it’s charging, sadly Jlab earphones wouldn’t let me listen and charge at the same time, I thought that was standard these days
I remember the days when gaming earphones wasn’t even a thing, the fact that you can go to gym listen to music and play/talk with this earphones once you game at home is a huge advantages to some people. overall I recommend this product for the price you’re paying.

The JLab Play Gaming Wireless Earbud is a Bluetooth wireless earbud aimed at the gaming market. The earbuds are not true wireless since they have the neck strap connecting the buds. The buds come with a micro USB charge cable, an aux cable for when you need a 3.5mm connection, a carrying pouch, and 3 different bud tip sizes. I really like what JLAB has been putting out lately, so I was happy to look at that these earbuds geared towards gaming.
Features
The buds have a connecting strap that rests on your neck to connect to the 2 sides. Its not rubbery, so it doesn’t stick to the skin on you neck which is nice. The wire for the right bud carries the inline 3-button remote and mute switch. The 3-button remote controls volume, song selection, EQ setting, call controls, and assistant prompt. The buds themselves have magnets, so they stick together when you pop them out of your ears and let them hang – certainly a nice feature.
The earbuds come with a good 11 hour battery life – enough to get you through an entire work day on a single charge. The buds connect with the current Bluetooth 5 standard for when you are linking up to a compatible wireless source. The included AUX cable lets you use the buds like regular wired earbuds when hooking up to a gaming system that doesn’t support Bluetooth headsets (I used it for Xbox and Wii U). Using the AUX cable does not use the devices battery up. The buds come with a pretty nice carrying pouch that’s plenty big enough for the buds, charge, and AUX cables. The buds come preloaded with 2 different EQ setups – one for gaming with amplified mids, and one for music with amplified bass and vocals. The default EQ is the gaming, which the buds start in each time they are powered on. Lastly the buds carry an IP55 rating so they should be good for use while working out.
Sound
I played a number of games across mobile, XBOX, and Wii U, as well as listened to plenty of music and took calls – my PC was unfortunately down for gaming due to equipment failure (RIP PSU). For hooking up to my phone I was able to use Bluetooth, which was easy to pair. Taking calls was easy and the sound was very clear – The mic also did a good job here as well. Listening to music was a pleasure as well since the buds do a really good job of sealing off external noise. Sound quality was good, and did as well as I would expect out of earbuds – bass was a little flat (as expected out of buds) but vocals were great. I only do the most basic gaming on my phone (solitaire is my jam) but I will play a few mobile games here and there. Again, sound quality was good and I didn’t have any issues here.
Switching over to XBOX I had to bust out the AUX cord. I plugged the cord in while still connected to my phone’s BT. I hoped that I would be able to connect to both at the same time, and the phone BT would overlay on the game (like cutting game sounds if a call came in). Unfortunately as soon as the AUX cord was connected the buds said “Bye.” With the AUX cord in place the buds acted like a regular pair of wireless buds with the volume controlled by the inline controller on the AUX cord – the 3-button remote is nonfunctional in this mode. Side note here – if your battery in the buds dies you can always pop in the AUX cord and use them like regular earbuds. I took some time to fiddle and adjust my game vs. chat mixer as well as mic monitoring in the audio settings. I played several games with my party of friends – Halo MCC and Fortnite. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience in this mode. The mic monitoring was nonexistent and it really threw me off – I hooked up plain phone earbuds and the mic monitoring worked fine on them, same as my larger over the ear headsets. Game sounds for the most part were good, but I had a lot of difficulty balancing chat with game sounds. The chat/vocals always came through really well, but the game sounds were either way too quiet or too loud. I just couldn’t find a good middle ground. There was also the issue of sounds like footsteps. Fortnite footsteps are usually easy to hear with my over-ear sets, but I had a really hard time picking them up with the buds – maybe they lack the sensitivity to reproduce those sounds at low levels? I also felt it was difficult to pick up the direction some sounds were coming from as well. Either way my gameplay was impacted by this, and just didn’t leave me all that impressed.
Overall I really liked using the earbuds for non-gaming tasks. Taking calls was a breeze, and music sounded great. Where they struggled was mic monitoring and reproducing low-level sounds – both are big knocks for me. These come with a lot of positives though – Bluetooth and an AUX back-up are something you don’t see every day. Great battery life, nice carrying pouch, and comfortable design are all great selling points. I’m not sure I would get these for their gaming chops, but when viewed as an all-around headset they make a good argument for themselves.

JLab Audio - Play Wireless Stereo Gaming Earphones - Black/Blue (Model: GEBPLAYRBLKBLU84) came with JLab Audio Play Gaming Wireless Earbuds, Travel Bag, 3 pairs of Ear Tips, Travel Bag, 3.5mm AUX Console cord with volume control and Micro-USB charging cable.
Setup is very easy for JLab Audio - Play Wireless Stereo Gaming Earphone and able to pair with the phone very quickly using Bluetooth. I did a full charge before first use. The audio/call quality is really great. The battery life is good and it lasts around 11 hours as advertised. It can be charged using a micro USB cable.
It is really convenient to wear for an extended period of time and did not face any discomfort at all. I have used it with XBOX and Play Station and worked without any issues. Quick mute is a great feature. It is easy to switch between gaming and music. In gaming mode, it does provide increased mid-high frequency response for clear vocals. In Music mode, it amplifies vocals and bass for enhanced music listening.
The build quality is excellent and sound quality is outstanding as well. JLab Audio - Play Wireless Stereo Gaming Earphones are excellent value with quality features.

From the PS4 to the Nintendo Switch and my Samsung S10+, these little earphones were great.
There are little magnets at the back of your earphones that help keep them from getting tangled when stationary on a desk or somewhere else. The magnet isn't as strong as some other vendors where it would keep them together in a cargo pocket. That might be why they included a little bag to keep them in; the bag is nice with a sturdy zipper.
Three different earpiece sizes is necessary because between myself and my child, we needed to swap them out for a better fit between the two of us.
It felt like these earphones lasted forever; a few hours here & there before I needed any type of charging. The charging cable didn’t come with an AC Adapter and it’s Micro-USB, which I found a bit strange as USB-C is where most things are headed.
Pairing was very simple. There were no issues encountered when pairing via mobile or PC. The wire behind the head pops back into form pretty easily and stays put.
I found that the audio coming from the PC via Bluetooth was a bit lacking, so I wouldn't recommend it as a PC gaming audio device. When connecting it to a mobile device, as these earbuds are meant to be the target audience for, I noticed a substantial improvement in audio quality. I can't explain it, but it was great.
The same goes for the connection to the PS4 controller; I was quite impressed when playing one of the games in the Need for Speed series.
Microphone response was good and there were no complaints about tone or clarity when I was engaged in some Multiplayer games. I liked the quick mute switch, however I wish the audio controls and mute switch were swapped in place.
For the price point, these are truly for mobile gaming; I recommend some true on/over ear headphones for PC gaming however.

The JLab Audio Wireless Stereo Gaming Earphones are simple to set up and sound dynamic enough to really be enjoyable. They fit very comfortably around the neck into the ears. Plus a long time of playing with a 11 hr time after a full charge.
• The earphones go around the back of your neck and come up to your ears. No more uncomfortable over the head headphones irritation. Conventional fit would leave your hair mashed up on top. The earphones are a welcome change fitting in the ear and are secure when put them on. If the JLab Audio earphones do happen to slip out of your ear, the two ends are magnetic so they come together to still keep them around the neck. There are several pair of silicone optional earbuds to aid the comfort of the earphones in your ears. One size will fit you best, they are not hard to remove and apply.
• Battery time is 11 hrs and only 10 mins to charge for 1 hr of play and 2 hrs to charge fully. Excellent battery life that you charge with the given the mini USB cord connection. These earphones have Voice prompts that tell you what is happening with the earphones. Hello. Ready to Pair, You’re Connected and Goodbye. This is a real nice feature. These JLab Audio Wireless earphones actually tell you how much time you have left on your charge when you turn them on. That is a great, knowing when to recharge the earphones. To charge the earphones open up the charge slot and plug in the charge short cord on the control piece. It will charge with a red light that turns blue when the earphones are at capacity full.
• These JLab Wireless Earphones are a dual threat: gaming and music. The stereo sound, which is great, really makes the earphones especially nice to listen to. No issues if you are gaming or listening to music. The JLab earphones have a nice length Aux cable with a connection to PS4, XBOX, Switch and PC. With the PC I was able to hook up the wireless operation. You connect it by Bluetooth and it is just like anything Bluetooth. Find the earphones controller piece attached to the earphones cord and hold down the center button and pair with the computer. Really easy to do over because, the earphones connect quickly to the last thing you had with Bluetooth. There is also a setting to hook up a very small EQ for gaming or music. There was a slight bump up in middle for gaming and a slight bump for bass and treble with music. Stereo is pretty impressive.
• There is a piece on the cord next to the controls that controls mute and unmute. It is useful when talking across gaming platforms and phone calls. This is pretty much standard on most earphones/headphones options.
• The control or function part of the cord has 3 main buttons to use with the earphones. There is a button at the top, one button in the middle and one button at the bottom of the control piece. Volume is controlled by pressing the up button once and the bottom button decreases the volume. The middle button controls on/off, answering calls, while the remaining buttons change EQ.
• To top it all off, the JLab Wireless earphones come with really cool pouch. It will hold the two cords and the earphones as well. It is small enough to pack or even carry around if you need to.
Overall all, the JLab Audio Wireless earphones are comfortable to wear, great with stereo sound, easy to use buttons, Voice prompts and a long battery life. It is also very thorough that you are able to connect to your gaming console or PC. One last feature is the bag everything fits in. This is super helpful when traveling or just keeping the parts together.

I recommend the JLab Play Earbuds for young gamers who’s looking for an on-the-go, low latency gaming experience at an affordable price.
These JLab earbuds promise super low latency and a quick mute microphone, perfect for gamers. In theory, you can use these on your PC, console and smartphone. One pair to rule them all! So how does JLab deliver on this promise? Are these earbuds going to be your one and only set?
If you’re a gamer, the first thing you want to know is probably how much better the latency is on the Play Earbuds compared to regular Bluetooth earbuds. Thanks to Bluetooth 5 with aptX, the latency is 60 ms. This is definitely better than the average, which is often over 200 ms. It’s even better than their 100 ms Air Play Gaming earbuds, but enough about numbers, let’s talk experience.
For latency comparisons, I was playing Call of Duty Mobile on my Samsung S20+. I compared the Play Earbuds to my Galaxy Buds with a horrendous 372 ms latency. Was the latency noticeably better on the Play Earbuds? Yes. Was 60 ms little enough that I didn’t notice the latency between audio and video? No. The audio is noticeably out of sync with the image, but close enough that I find it acceptable, just not all that enjoyable. A reason for that, is that the latency comes with a major cost. The sound.
The audio is nothing to text Mom about, as the sound quality is very basic. The Play Earbuds might be made for gamers, but the high end is a touch too harsh for me to really enjoy myself, and the bass response is lackluster. I do not recommend these earbuds for music. There’s also considerable digital noise when in Bluetooth mode. More than any other set that I’ve used. It gets worse at lower levels, which might not be a problem, since that you have to turn these up, almost all the way, to even get close to an acceptable level. 80% level on the Play Earbuds is about the same as 20% on the Galaxy Buds. After less than half an hour, my ears starting to get tired of the sound and uncomfortable with the fit.
Speaking of comfort, I want to address the ear tips. I’ve had problems with ear tips being itchy in recent years, so I was looking forward to trying these out. They’re not itchy, but some genius over at Jlab thought that putting their logo on the ear tips would be a great idea. Why? Look at their logo. It’s all sharp edges. Imagine those sharp edges, but in your ear canal. Not a great idea, and it actually makes them dirtier a lot quicker and harder to clean. I settled with the smallest tips, but they’re still not optimal. I don’t mind having these earbuds on me though. Once you wrap them around your neck, they seem to stay in place. I keep accidentally reaching for the mic instead of the controls, though.
The microphone is very basic, and in case you’re familiar with the included PS4 headset, I would compare the mic to that. If you plug the Play Earbuds into a DS4 (or anything else), you get an extra volume wheel on the cable, which is quite convenient. The audio is also clearer and louder when wired. I wish there was a firmware update that might resolve the audio artifacts over Bluetooth, but judging by their website, what you buy is what you get.
Lastly, the battery life with normal use is about 10 - 11 hours, which is pretty standard for Bluetooth earbuds. I also want to add that I had no issue connecting the unit to my Samsung through Bluetooth.
If you’re looking for an affordable pair of earbuds for young gamers with low latency, give these a chance!

I was curious about how wireless this would be, and I found it is mostly wireless, but for gaming, not 100% wireless. For music, it is totally wireless. Okay, for gaming, you need to plug into your controller, and that plugs into the headset controller unit, so it isn't wireless completely, but there is no need to plug into the game system. Fair trade off for not having to plug into the game system.
Battery life is amazing on these, noting 10 hours is probably about right.
The best part of these? The gel ear inserts are not only comfortable, they let in some ambient noise (safety) and they give really decent sound.
For the price point you cannot go wrong. Even if only for music! But these have a game mode that allows for a more clarifying high pitched sound, like movements and when someone steps on something you know they are near, or can be used in music mode. A simple press of the JLAB button on the controller (for 1 second) toggles between game and music modes by the simple one or two beep sound. You'll also hear a lady's voice announce the battery level when you turn them on for your game/music session.
You'll also find a cool JLAB black bag with a padded blue interior, which you can store our headset in. Same with the necessary cables for charging (micro USB) and the USB to 3.5MM for use with your headset. You will also find different size tips for your headset in this bag. Very nice bag and a nice thought to make this a complete package.
This headset does offer the usual volume up/down and also one feature I like is the sliding switch for mute. A definite confirmation is provided when you have to slide this switch to mute. No accidentally having others hearing your Mom/Dad, wife/husband yelling at you for not taking out the trash or doing your chores for the night.
Highly recommended, for the price, you cannot go wrong.

This is my first experience with JLab audio equipment and I am impressed with the value and the quality for the price. I have been using them to play Asphalt 9 with my phone and they work well for that. I get good detail from the sound effects in the game and have no issues with the mic. The sound quality is as good as some of my around the neck style Bluetooth headsets that are twice the cost. The next feature I am very impressed with. I hooked up the wired plug in to use with my Windows 10 Gaming rig. Wow! The sound quality is very good in the wired mode. I am actually surprised at how good they sound for the price. The controls are also very simple and intuitive to use and the inline mic switch in wired mode is nice. If you are looking for a comfortable lightweight earbud-style wireless or wired option for the price of these JLabs I seriously doubt you could do better especially for gaming in the wired mode. They are the most comfortable neckband style headset I have owned and I have many. The wired mode increases the sound quality exponentially with this headset. So if you are looking for a good portable and versatile gaming headset at a good value these are definitely a good choice. I really did not expect the sound quality to be as good as it is in wired mode for the cost! I will be looking to purchase more JLab products after the experience I have had with these!

I like Jlab products. I have purchased for my kids in the past because they make headphones that have volume limiting function and we have owned those for years.
These headphones are nice.
Pros:. Color is nice it matches my switch grips, fits well around neck, battery life is good, easy to pair, sound is clear, easy use of controls, fits nicely in ears.
Cons: not true wireless to switch (switches fault for not having Bluetooth availability) so it would have been nice to include a Bluetooth dongle, the headphone jack has a 90 degree elbow that is hard to plug into the headset because it is hindered by the dust cover, mildly bulky for in ear buds.
I also paired with my phone and it was fine with music and calls etc.
I am inclined to recommend this product evethough I have some cons due to its portability compared to other gaming headsets that are big and bulky.

## Design
The JLab Audio Play Wireless Stereo Gaming Earphones are different than many other gaming headsets in that it doesn't go over the top of your head. This is handy if you want a gaming headset that doesn't mess up your hair! :-D
The main part of this headset wraps around your neck, keeping the volume controls within easy reach. On the wire for the right earbud is a small module that contains the microphone and a physical mute switch.
The unit is very lightweight and you'll likely forget that you're wearing it. The two earbuds magnetically connect to each other to help prevent tangles.
## Features
- Physical mute switch: This is probably my favorite feature of the headset. You move the switch up (towards your mouth) to enable the mic. This exposes a blue painted indicator to show that the mic is on, but it's hard to see since it is under your face. Moving the switch down (towards the floor) mutes the mic. I actually use this headset for conference calls as it is a convenient way to mute and un-mute yourself. The only drawback is that reaching for the switch usually results in my hand rubbing against the microphone and causing static to others on the call.
- Physical volume buttons: I like that the volume buttons are easy to find on the neck band and that it is easy to adjust the volume while playing.
- AUX cable: You can use this headset as a *wired* headset by using the included AUX cable and connecting it to the Micro USB port of the JLab headset and the headphone jack of your controller (or the Nintendo Switch, which is discussed further below).
- Music mode: Every time you power the headset on, the equalizer will automatically be optimized for voice chat. To use the headset for music, you'll want to hold down both volume buttons for over 1 second. One beep means the headset is in gaming mode, two beeps mean the headset is in music mode, meaning that the sound will be optimized for music.
## Nintendo Switch compatibility
While the headset is *technically* compatible with the Nintendo Switch, it's compatible in the same sense that Apple's wired earbuds are compatible. Using this headset with Nintendo Switch requires using the AUX cable and plugging it into the headset jack of your Switch. While this is fine for playing with the Switch in handheld mode, the AUX cable is not long enough to be usable while the Switch is in its docking station to play on your TV.
The Nintendo Switch does not have Bluetooth for audio use, so this headset will not work *wirelessly* with the Switch (at least, not without a 3rd party Bluetooth adapter).
## Performance
The microphone does a good job of picking up my voice, but seems to pick up other sounds in the room more than a traditional gaming headset would. As I noted earlier, I also use this earphones for conference calls and I have not received any complaints from the people on the other end.
Sound is optimized for voice and you need to manually put the earphones' equalizer in "music mode" each time they are powered cycled, so this headset may not be ideal if you primarily wish to use it for listening to music.
With the AUX cable, the unit does not need to be powered on in order to hear the sounds coming from the headphone jack of your gaming device. This is nice as you don't need to worry about charging the headphones if primarily plan to use them with the AUX cable.
## Summary
Overall, the JLab Audio Play Wireless Stereo Gaming Earphones are a nice alternative to over the head gaming headset, and feature a physical mute switch, AUX cable compatibility, as well as Bluetooth. Sound and microphone performance are OK, but not quite as good as a traditional gaming headset that places the mic in front of your mouth.

First of all, I write this review with mixed feelings.
The build quality is quite good as is the packaging in which the headset came.
Let's go with the positive attributes first.
The packaging is recyclable and the included accessories are thoughtful in which there are 3 different sized ear inserts, an adapter to plug into a 3.5mm audio jack and a carry pouch.
I used them for listening to music, make phone calls and Zoom meetings.
The earbuds themselves fit comfortably in my ears and they have a magnet so they snap together when not in use.
But because the microphone sits on/near your chest, people said my voice sounded far or muffled unless I spoke much louder than normal.
And when it came to gaming, that's when the disappointment began...
There is a noticeable Bluetooth lag that became more annoying the longer I used them.
If they hadn't used the words "Play Gaming Wireless Earbuds" then I would've been fine but if they don't perform adequately in a gaming environment then they are not what they claim to be...
I did used them with the included cord hooked up to my PS4 controller and the lag went away.
But then they become CORDED earbuds, which defeat their purpose.
Also the fact that they are connected to each other in this age of truly wireless earbuds is baffling.
Wearing the cord around your neck feels "clunky" unlike other truly wireless earbuds.
And lastly the price is high for what you are getting, so I would not recommend them to a friend.

These JLab Gaming Earphones are a nice option for someone who is looking for an affordable gaming earphone that has low latency. If you have younger gamers or students like I do then these are a good option because they can’t lose one of the earbuds, they are simple to set up, the battery life is quite long, they are comfortable to use and overall they provide acceptable gaming audio. Also the earbuds are magnetic so when you unplug them from your ears they fall on your chest and magnetically connect together. No more searching in the dark for a lost earbuds!
The earphones come equipped with a nice carrying bag along with a usb charging cable and more importantly a micro usb to 3.5mm cable that allows you to turn these into cabled earphones for anyone who wants no latency while gaming or cannot connect via Bluetooth like a Switch. This means you can direct connect the earphones to your xbox controller or game console. The audio quality on most games seem to be up to par with other earbuds that I have used. I did notice that these have a tad more bass than some although the bass seems to be more muffled at higher volumes. From the engine revs and squealing tires to the shot reports and explosions the sound quality seemed reasonably tight even when overlaid with voices and game narration. There is a built-in equalizer that has an option for games or music but I would recommend using the equalizer in the source player if you are looking to improve the audio quality.
The earphone base is well designed and wraps comfortably around the neck. Because of the wrap design the controls hang down below the earphones and are easy to find and use. On the right side below the earphones there is a sliding mute switch as well as a small control pad with an up button, a center button and a down button. These buttons have raised textures and are easy to locate and use. There are led indicators on the control pad to show pairing and charging functions. On the left side there is a built-in microphone which helps counterbalance the base. I have had no issues with Bluetooth drop outs or static when using these earphones with games, laptops or my phone. I have never run the battery down completely but I can get a full day out of a single charge. All considering I think these JLab gaming earphones provide a decent performance at an attractive price.

I use these for video conferences, watching youtube videos and sound for my video games. Mind you, I am not the type of gamer that depends on hearing footsteps, etc. to avoid getting shot. They work fine for my needs. They have a pretty good range from my computer also, maybe 40 feet.
One thing I dislike is the charging cord. They give you 1 foot usb cord to use to charge them with. That's ok if you don't want to use them while they are charging.

I was looking for reliable Blue Tooth Earbuds and once again Best Buy had what I needed. They sound loud and clear and the ear pieces are very comfortable for my ears. Thank You Best Buy.

This is a great headset. I like the fact that it can be used either bluetooth or wired. The sound and mic are very good. My only complaint is the little rubber/plastic piece that covers the usb port. It only moves just enough to plug in. It actually rubbed against my neck during use. I simply just cut it out, problem fixed. Very happy with purchase.

I had grabbed these as an impulse buy for my son so I didn't have to hear him on his tablet all the time and they work so good I ended up stealing them for myself. Pairing was easy, super easy buttons and for being Bluetooth they are really well made so no issues so far with them at all.
