Great Value
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a wonderful budget set of headphones. Has custom EQ settings which is something I have never seen before. Be sure to view the two handy videos on the manufacturer’s website to get up to speed fast. There is even a mobile JLab Audio App to help burn in your headphones and speed up enjoyment of your tunes. It’s compatible with popular voice assistants such as Google Assistant and Siri, Suppose to be 12 hours of bluetooth play time. Whenever I turn on Bluetooth the devices tells me if I have medium battery life left, etc. One button control simplifies things. But I will keep things simple and just use the on/off button control. The compact, lightweight design makes this headset a favorite in my laptop PC carrying bags. Throw Back Look not a big deal for me but YMMV. Too bad it doesn’t have noise cancellation features or come with a carrying bag tho. At the low price, it’ll make great holiday gifts for everyone !

Excellent retro heaphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Physically this product is styled similar to portable cassette player headphones. Not only does it have black foam headphone covers, it also has orange ones making this a truly retro device. Of course it has sone differences and the main one would be the addition of bluetooth. But unlike most bluetooth headphones, this one has an equalizer mode to fine tune your audio preferences. Audio quality is pretty much decent but its design being retro allows music to escape. This is where in-ear heaphones have an advantage. Battery life is pretty much good and can last me the whole day. As for the fit, this pair is pretty much comfortable. But I wish the headpones were a bit larger. Lastly charging the headphones are a bitcunbersome as you the usb port is quite hard to reach. And due to these minor cons, I am removing one star. But don't fret on these. If you still want to go retro, I would still recommend these headphones as they still provide a cool and retro feel and have decent audio and battery performance.

Retro Headphones Return, better than ever!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are so cool. Realize they are not “Bose” quality headphones but for under $20 they are amazing and so much fun to wear. My 5 star rating was for the value you receive with these. They paired up instantly with my Smartphone's Bluetooth and I was on my way. I had forgotten how cool and simple “old style” phones like these are. You just pick them up off the table, snap them over your ears and you’re listening to your music. With the newer ear buds sold today, you need to carefully place them in your ears (after checking “R” and “L” first of course) taking time to make sure they are seated properly for best sound and so they don’t fall out. Totally wireless buds also require a special charging station and maybe a certain charging procedure. Nothing like that with these. Battery life lasts up to 12 hours which is more than most phones today. They also come with a spare set of ear pads in a different color just in case you want to match these with your outfit. I guess a negative would be there is no on board volume control. But hey, back in the day with your Walkman headphones there weren’t either, you adjusted the volume on the player, just as you do with these. Also there is only one button, so I had to write down the ‘code’ of how many taps and how long to do each operation such as advancing to the next track or answering or hanging up your phone, but once again, would you be able to do any of these things with your old Walkman headphones!?? Bottom line, for under $20 you really should pop these in your headphone arsenal.

Kind of amazed
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think this is probably all you need to know about these headphones: they sound good, they are comfortable, they are easy to use, they are 20 bucks, and they are absolutely worth that and then some. I have been skeptical of wireless headphones for awhile and I'll admit now that I was just plain wrong. The convenience is worth whatever loss of sound quality there may be. It just is. Even if you think that's blasphemy, take the $20 risk and see if you don't ultimately reach the same conclusion. I have a $300 pair of wired noise-cancelling phones. You think I'm wearing those now when I want to listen to something while washing dishes or walking my dog? Nope, nope, and nope. They'll get used on an airplane and that's probably it. The J-Labs are simply easier to deal with, save me time, and are genuinely more comfortable. And guess what? They do sound good! That's like the icing on the cake. You get three sound profiles and an extra pair of foam covers to make your ears happy. Range seems pretty good. I can go from one end of the house, and even outside without dropping audio. I wish the slot used for plugging in the charging cable was a little easier to get to and, yeah, it'd be great if there were volume controls, but... twenty bucks. Wireless. Comfortable. I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with the value of these phones unless they just happen to get a lemon. I'm very impressed.

Great Sound for Low Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to get a pair of cordless headphones that didn't actually go in my ear and these were perfect. I was easily able to link them to both the Bluetooth on my phone and laptop computer, the sound is great, especially for the price. I use them at home to listen to research papers being read aloud on my computer through a text reader. I also like that they are light weight and have the retro look of earphones from the days of the Walkman and Discman. Only flaw is initially it was a tad bit difficult to find the port to plug them into the charger, but once I located it I was good to go and issue isn't worth dropping the rating down a star. I'm debating getting a second pair for work.

Lovin' the old school
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If your older and missing the simple days well, too bad! No but seriously, I do like the old look steel frame orange "ear muff" looking headphones (comes with black pair also). The sound is really good and they offer some new tech to download to "burn in your audio" which is said to improve sound quality so that's cool, to soon to say if it works yet for this review. Battery last as long as advertised. No volume adjustment so your phone needs to be nearby. 4stars because of volume control other people can hear what your listening too and you can hear everything around you going on, I got them for running where I need to be aware of my surroundings. Thanks for reading

Not a good design
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not return these headphones but I should have. The showed connected to blue tooth, but I couldn't get any sound. I emailed tech support and got no reply, I called and left messages but no return call. These are dud as far as I am concerned.

Nice inexpensive headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are nice and lightweight, have good sound and are fairly easy to use. Not a high end headphone, but they shouldn't be for $20.00 Easy to pair, sound for this price point I think is very good. Not much noise isolation but they are on the ear phones with no ear cups. I use them primarily for watching online video on my computer when I don't want to bother my significant other. Only negative is that the single button on the side for all functions takes a bit of getting used to.Overall for the money not a bad investment. I received this product at no charge in exchange for an honest unbiased review.
