Nice steelbook but movie could have been better, definitely not the best of the series.

Other than the one week delay after release . Item was in excellent condition

I love this movie, I love all 4 of them, but………… I had to wait a looooooooooooooong time to get me order, First it got lost and I had to call and they had to send another one so I had to wait again for it. That’s the first time I run into an issue with BB. I recommend the movie .

Lots of action but hardly any plot. Getting kind of repetitive.

This product arrived horribly broken. Upon opening the package the cover was completely bowed inwards and the bottom was also damaged with half the steelbook bowed outwards. That would had to have come from the production line. Cant exchange

The disc was messed up am\nd stopped playing about three fouthe of the way through the movie.

Very very disappointed with Best Buy shipping. Came packaged in a thin paper mailer. No padding, no cardboard or even bubble wrap protection. Noting. Steel book dented and bent, cant even snap closed. Went to the store to exchange but none are a available.

My review does NOT reflect the film itself-just the physical media packaging being mishandled. I received a crushed steelbook due to the item sent in an envelope. This wouldn’t happen if the warehouse would put thesesteel books ina small box.

The movie is great but my experience with Best Buy was terrible. I will not be preordering ever again. I will not be shopping at Best Buy every again. Any questions feel free to contact me .

They shipped my steelbook to me in a bag so it showed up with dents and a cracked outer casing. Sold out so no replacement possible.

Disc was loose and i had playback issues as soon as the movie reached the hour 27 minute mark. Getting an exchange today

A steelbook is a collectors item, and it arrived bent. Will be returning, the warehouse team needs to do better.

4k disk is skipping. Sad to see as its the first time im watching it and it just arrived a few days ago.

There are tricks at ahipping items on time and securly oackaginf the items correctky.

Great movie but steelbook case came in damaged and cracked

First for the film itself. For 2hrs and 50 minutes the film is never dull. The story keeps up with the pace of the film and delivers. The supporting cast is great. Although I loved the film, I liked its predecessor (Chapter 3) better. If they end the series now though, it will have gone out on a high note. As for the PQ. I would give the 4K video a solid 5/5. The PQ is probably one of the best I have seen. Other studios should take note (Disney). Lionsgate really focused on the home video presentation and it shows. Audio- 5/5. The Dolby Atmos soundtrack is fantastic. I had the audio turned down so I wouldn’t wake the kids and I still felt the movie through the audio. I could hear the bullets whizzing by and I got lost, thinking I was in the middle of the gun fights. The Paris car scene is worth cranking up the sound for. Special features 4/5. I am not as big on features as I used to be, but there is enough here to keep you entertained for about an hour.

The John Wick series as a whole is flawless but this movie blows every other action movie out of the water! Music, visuals, intensity, and action! Everything about this movie keeps you on the edge of your seat. If you’re a john wick fan then this gorgeous Steelbook is perfect for you!

After 4 movies, you would think it would become a bit redundant. The filmmakers manage to keep it fresh and engaging, albeit formulaic. You know exactly what your getting with the Wick franchise and it doesn't disappoint!

Very good movie and the design of the steelbook is great. In my honest opinion all steelbook versions should come with this extra cover because it is great to keep the graphic free of scratches.

Wonderful product and service in every way. Packaged neatly and securely. Shipped quickly as well. The item was ad advertised and was at a very fair price. Great service all around.
