Great sound and picture!
The sound and picture on this 4K edition are absolutely stunning, especially if you are watching this on an OLED TV. The sequences in Osaka and Paris (with all the neon lights, etc.) are particularly noteworthy.
As far as the movie itself, you either like the John Wick franchise, or you don't. The Wick films are a genre unto itself, where the focus is on the incredible stunts, action choreography, and long takes that let you appreciate the action sequences.
They're the action equivalent of "musicals." People don't like Grease because of the story. You go into a movie like Grease because of the music and singing/dancing, not because of the plot. Similarly, if you go into the Wick films expecting logic, realism, etc. you'll be sorely disappointed.

An excellent steelbook for an excellent movie
Chapter 4 may have done the impossible: although this entire series is incredible, Chapter 1 has always been special. And yet, 4 manages to capture that same magic I felt when I first watched John Wick. The steelbook releases have all been incredible, from the double feature, to the one-box trilogy release, and especially the recent special collector's trilogy (the dics being markers and gold coins? Top tier detail). Chapter 4's steelbook continues the tradition of the of the best steels on the market. Excellent addition to my collection.

John Wick 4
John Wick is an amazing series and John Wick 4 is awesome! John Wick is Jason Bourne on steriods, lol and Keanu Reeves just nails this character! He is amazing in everything but i feel like he just upped the anti with this preformance. I am looking forward to more world building in this series and for John Wick 5!
Purchase this Blu ray and if you like steelbooks this one looks amazing and will make a fine addition to any collection!
