These let us play the New Super Mario Brothers game as a family of four, and have a backup controller for other games. It would be nice if the set came with the piece that connects them to form a single controller like the set that comes with the Switch itself.

Nintendo needs to lower price on these, create a cheaper alternative like a set with no rumble or something to lower cost or just license third party controllers. They work as intended feel great and fit well even though they are small. For people with bigger hands it might be awkward at first but you adjust to it. Matte finish is great so no fingerprints are left behind unlike wii and wii wii u controller that are glossy.

I love Joycons so much. These look great. The red really looks more like neon orange, I wouldn't call that red. That isn't bad, just don't expect to get red when you get yours :) Neon blue looks rad :) Personally I prefer both the joycons be the same color. So I would recommend both blue over this mixup. But the Switch OS DOES recognize different colors, so it can be nice to know who is connected as which player number just based on controller color :)

I swear this was overpriced but to tell you the truth I'm loving these Joy Cons. Some games you don't need both the left and right so you can easily share one with a pal to play certain games (I.E. Mario kart). Super light weight and easy to use. I'm 6 feet tall so I have pretty big (for the average person) hands and still these little controllers easily fit in them without losing maneuverability during any game I play. Totally worth the price guys.

I purchased this set of Joy-Con to go with my launch Gray Switch unit. I really like how vibrant the colors are in person. One cool little touch is that the Switch can recognize which color each Joy-Con is when in use. I wish the controllers separately were a little more ergonomic, but I understand the design choices that Nintendo made here. Mostly have played Snipperclips with the Joy-Con. I've experienced zero connectivity issues with the Left Joy-Con.

The controllers work seamlessly with the Switch; however they are small when not connected to the screen. After using them for awhile your hands start to cramp from holding the small controller.

Not only was this a great, and thus far durable set of controllers, the yellow coloring is very catching.

Joy cons are good for portability and guests participating in multiplayer games. The colors are fun, and kids like to mix and match sets in the grips to create their own combinations. You’ll want to buy a grip for every joy con pair.

Purchased these to replace the controllers that came with the switch controller. We've read several times where the original controller leads go bad. We got these from Best Buy and they work like a charm! Will purchase again if needed. Shipping was also speedy even during these crazy times! If you're looking for a replacement, these are hands down the ones you should get.
