I like the consoles. It is easy to use and allows for multiple players.

My 10 year old son loves these new controllers. He added them to his older switch as a second set after one of the original ones had a button go out.

The quality is already established. Nintendo products for a Nintendo device is the way to go. I'm taking off 2 stars for 2 problems: 1. The original JoyCons shouldn't be failing at this rate only to be replaced with the same product. 2. The price is ridiculous to replace a product that should not have failed. At the very least it should be $20 cheaper

I run through these things like crazy. The stick drift sucks. When they work, they work. But after a month or so you either take the time to go back to bestbuy for an exchange or you just hang up the switch and kick back for a long time. Oh and these little things are outrageously expensive. Plus, only ugly colors are in stock when I pull up for an exchange.

I was deciding between an extra set of joycons or a pro controller, and settled on an extra pair of joycons to enable 2 extra players for multiplayer (mario kart, smash, etc.). This was the other set of colors at launch of the switch (other than gray), but there are other color options that may appeal to you.

I bought these to replace the original Joy-Cons on my Switch as they started having the "Joy-Con Drift". They automatically started working after attaching them to the console, no need to go through settings and re-sync. Plus I love the colors, makes the switch look unique.

Obviously these work perfectly since they're OEM controllers--I think the colors are vibrant and nice and stand out as different from the other (blue/red or animal crossing) ones we have. So even though it isn't the cheapest option, I'm glad we went with these!

I bought these controllers in Used:Excellent condition online and that is exactly what I got! Excellent Joy-Cons! So happy with my purchase. They work great. Probably someone just didn't like the color choice when they opened the box and returned them! Happy I got a discount for buying them back from BestBuy for being used.

It took about 3 years of solid gameplay to start experiencing stick drift. Bought a new pair of joy cons to replace them.

Love nintendo and best buy. I have the insurance protection deal and jt saves my life on a daily i buy all my technology from best buy and i love it thank you!

Just what I've needed! Colors were bright and there is nothing like buying original products. Worth every penny.

If you want to have the flexibility of having more than 2-players for multiplayer gaming this is worth buying. I have sets of these for 3 switch consoles in different homes so I don’t have to travel with them. They sometimes go on sale for $10 off MSRP

Fun colors, they work great. Expensive but nice to have.

I know that some people aren’t games of the joy cons, but I love them. Whether you’re playing by yourself or with a friend for some games that option is tight. I’m glad Nintendo is not stagnant with controllers. Sure the Xbox or ps4 controllers are good, but sometimes some bit of experimentation is necessary!

Bright, Smooth, and Quality! The brightness of the green really makes this my favorite pair of joycons! So far, while using it daily, it shows no signs of wear or any drifting.

Love these controllers, such fun colors and makes the switch easy to find!
