I have own Ps3/PS4 before as well as a 3DS. This is by far a great system altogether. It doesn't have power like PS4/X1 and it doesn't have to. Switch has great portability and enough powerful system which can be hooked up to a TV to play in 520-720p mode. People who loves graphical prowess don't need to buy this. But those who prefer gameplay, Nintendo has definitely a better library than X1 and at par with Sony. So if you already own PS4, this will give you another great system with diverse library. If you already own a gaming PC, this is a must-buy for you.

The best part of having a switch if breaking it out in groups. These are pricey but definitely worth it. I'm a big fan of the fluorescent colors too!

Excellent controllers, and if you bought the neon version of the Nintendo Switch, then these are great because they complete both the red set and the blue set.

They work just like you think they would; pricey, but for some games, it's "2 controllers in one" if multiplayer is your thing. What choice do you have anyway?

If you have a Nintendo Switch then there is no minimum number of joy cons to have around. Always best to have plenty available. The issue with the drift is annoying if it happens but thankfully Nintendo repairs for free.

Love the bright neon colors. Needed an extra remote for when we have guests over to have for 4 players games.

Picked these up as a second set of joy cons for the kids to be able to play together. Only issue is I feel like they’re a tad on the expensive side considering the issue with drift.

I needed another joy-con pair so that I could play four player mario party. The controllers work great, and have led to multiple fun nights.

Replacement set. Works as expected. Had issue with the first pair that I bought elsewhere. Had bad "drift."

Our old remotes are acting wonky (dang kids lol) and these work just as they are supposed to. Yay.

This extra set of controllers make it awesome so the whole family and friends can enjoy the games and some time together.

We purchased an open box set and it works great with no issues! We were concerned with possible stick drifting or other possible quirks since it was an open box, but fortunately no problems. The kids love the colors and use them all the time. They connected right up to the Switch easily.
