They last years, unless your dog chews on it. Which is why I had to buy this replacement 2 years later.

However, for 80 bucks, the big N could have thrown in a rechargeable controller grip. Or at least a standard grip.

This pair of controllers are extremely responsive. We will continue to purchase this particular set of controllers because our son and friends have travel pairs of controllers for road trips and give them as gifts to family gamers for Birthdays. The price is very agreeable also thanks.
