I, like many others, prefer playing the Switch in handheld mode. Unfortunately, this means being at the mercy of the Joy-Cons. I have had a ton of issues with these, specifically the left Joy-Cons. I am now on my fifth pair. The first had a de-sync issue which Nintendo repaired. The second had an issue where pushing the left stick all the way up wouldn't fully register so characters would just walk instead of run. The third had an issue where even when I wasn't touching the left stick, the character would walk left by themselves. Then the fourth immediately had a mushy feel to the L button and the left stick made a clicking sound right out of the box. Issues 2 and 3 happened just outside of Nintendo's one year warranty, so I had no choice but to purchase a new pair. Nintendo really should not be charging $80 for these as they are cheaply made. They claim that it's actually 2 controllers, but the single Joy-Con functionality is way too limited for that to be true. I really cannot recommend these. So many have had issues with them, and they are far too overpriced for what you get. Of course, if you play mainly in handheld mode, you really have no other choice. If you are trying to decide between these or a Pro Controller for docked mode, stay far away from these and just get the Pro Controller.

Work as intended. Needed 2 more controllers to fully appreciate Mario party jamboree and it's motion games

I bought these controllers to be able to play Mario cart with my friends on the switch, I like how small and compact they are, very easy to take everything you need with you wherever you want to go. The colors are more vibrant than I expected them to be which is a plus!

They are high quality controllers, good color and identical to the set that comes with the box!

Needed extra remotes for my brother's switch and these were the perfect ones. Always better to go for the OEM as opposed to 3rd party accessories.

My daughter is very happy with her new joy con control's. She loves the colors and make her switch look new.

Needed more controllers for multiplayer games. Really like the colors, and it makes it easier to know who each controller belongs to

I like that I can choose different colors for my remotes Rather than the standard all black. I do think for the price they should come with the plastic part that makes them hold like a regular remote. It only comes with the side pieces...

They lose one star for the inevitable stick drift that Nintendo refuses to address. Otherwise they're great, and really the best option versus anything third party.

They work great. Only had for about 2 weeks. Happy with his odd color controllers as he will always know which ones are his.

This controllers are amazing. The price Is a little high but for almost $80 you get 2 controllers instead of 1. It has multiple functionalities.

The battery life is great, portability, usability, everything. Yeah it's pricey but it's essentially two controllers and that's the same price as one Wiimote and less than ps4 and Xbox one controller. Buttons are responsive, color looks good, and the grips are great too. Definitely recommend if you have lots of people to play the switch with especially for upcoming games like Mario kart 8, Arms, Etc.

My sons joy-cons were gettting old and worn out. He didn't take as good care of them as he should have. These are pricey but they are the actual joy-cons that come with the switch. I wish they didn't cost as much but they work as good as new.

Bought these for my niece and she loves them! They work well with her Nintendo Switch and she loves the bright colors.

Ordered new Joy Cons. Wasn’t sure about the color but they are a hot ticket in our household. Good quality. Easy to use.

They are like the Neon ones, but just black! That said, great to have a second pair incase your main ones have no juice or you want to play some 2 player action!

Nintendo Controller. A little on the expensive side. Easy to use. So far not the cheap.

Joycons work great! OEM nintendo product. Works with chargers.
