The official nintendo joy-cons are very high quality and I have no complaints about them or their battery life. However, they are way too expensive. $80 for a game controller is just too much.

Love the bright and vivid colors, purple is my favorite. I love the new joycons.

Whether you need it for an extra set, or to replace broken ones, these are great. Work straight out of box. I wish the price was better but Nintendo is sticklers on that, and the aftermarket products lead to issues of their own.

My original joy-cons started drifting, so I bought these. They work as they should. I think they cost more than they should, but it is what it is.

Very durable cool looking my kid loves em. A little pricey but there are so many games for these its worth it.

These are the basic, OEM Nintendo JoyCons and they work just as well as you would expect. Nintendo hardware is usually pretty premium with good quality materials and durable manufacturing - these controllers are no exception. I got my Switch with the grey controllers so no confusion adding an extra red/blue set, but even if you bought the red/blue with your Switch it's nice that these are the opposite colors (Red=L; Blue=R) than what was packaged with the console.

They work just fine. I got them to replace my old ones because they broke. The price is insane though.

These things work great. Love the colors. If only they were a little cheaper

I wasn't sure if we needed to get another set of joy cons for our newly purchases Switch. I'm glad we did. I think it's possible to play games with just 1 joy con but it seems you can do more with 2 joy cons used on 1 game. You can charge them on the switch or you can pick up a joy con charger. We are just using the switch as a charging station as we don't drain the batteries when we play (limiting our playing time to about 1 hr/day). The switch batteries seem to last quite a long time.

I had a hard time swallowing the fact that an extra set of controllers is $80, but they're a must for multiplayer games. I use them for Mario Kart and Just Dance and additionally I rotate them as an extra set during TV mode while my primary controllers are charging on the console. I purchased this item in store and the sales associate it didn't know whether they came with the slide-in handle section and it doesn't specify on the box. Watched an unboxing video to determine that it does indeed come included.

These are the best Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons hands down. The colors are bright and contrast to make the Switch really stand out.

Good value. I had 700 hours on my old ones. These are smooth and have no analog drift.
