They have been dropped more times than I can count by the kids and still work with no issues. It doesn't take much time to charge either.

These add just the right amount of flare, and now I have an extra set of Joycons, which is good for me, because I don't really like removing them from the system (which I used to have to do especially with games like Mario Odyssey). The only downside is these are a bit on the pricey side, but if you can swing it, why not?

This is the second set. Unfortunately the first replacement pair developed really bad stick drift within a week. On the plus side, BestBuy replaced them no questions asked and now it works as expected. We have had all together 4 switch consoles in our house this was the only pair to ever get stick drift.
