The joy cons came in excellent condition. Works really well

One of my wife's analog stick was drifting way too bad so when I bought these, you could imagine the relief and happiness. She felt being able to control what she was doing on her games. 10/10

Highly recommend. It wasn’t a hassle linking the joys with the console at all. No issues at all. It works perfectly just as it would with the original joys that came with the console.

Excellent! Color combo is enticing. These are replacing the originals, which lasted 2 years of heavy use. Had shipped with no problems. Items intact and does what it says! Only con is they’re $$$$.

The matte feeling of the controller is satisfying, connects to the switch easily, absolutely love the spooky color theme. Seems the joycon drift has been fixed in this model too

In order to enjoy the various games of Nintendo Switch, I need to purchase more Joy-cons. And I found BestBuy's open-box product for additional Joy-cons purchase. The delivery was about 10 days, but I am very satisfied that I can purchase it at a lower price than the market price.

The joycon is brighter than it shows in pictures, it makes the Switch look very rich and bright. It clicked right in and synced right away. Looks great and plays great.

Great to play with family and friends and charges easily i did not get drift with these so i think it was worth it

My favorite colorways for the joy-con on my switch!!! Even though it says purple/orange colorway, I still think its purple/gold just like the LAKERS!!!!

Look great with my switch. Was on the fence about paying $80 for new joycons, as I bought them as a backup pair, but I am completely satisfied.

I had one controller that couldn’t hold a charge and by changing the controls its like i have a brand new switch!!!

At first I wanted the grays but they didn’t have any in stock but I’m actually really happy with these colors they’re super cool they pop out in a good way!!
