These are so small but I'm glad we can buy "holders" for them to make it easier to hold and play the games. They have been pretty durable with the kids playing weekly. the buttons are very small but the kids don't seem to mind.

I wanted to mix it up and avoid the red/blue Joycons. These have worked great and I love the colors. I bought joystick covers to match!

Yeah dont buy the unoficial ones, these far exceed the quality of the cheaper ones. Dont skimp remember you or your kids will be using this a lot. Its the equivalent of buying good quality shows for work rather than pretty looking ones. This is were its at.
