Second pair in 1 year

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just don’t know why this control is very sensitive this my second pair in 1 year maybe is made for kids with smaller hands I bought it for my 13 yr old and somehow after a while just doesn’t work at all!! I’ll recommend to buy the warranty I’ll save you money in the long run.

Control Issue & Resolution

The controllers would not charge nor were they being recognized by the console. I simply had to contact Nintendo Customer Service to resolve the issue.

Nintendo needs to make better controllers
