A “must have” but there are better options

Hand cramps galore, if you play a lot of handheld mode. Also, always buy the replacement plan. We tend to have to get a replacement every 10-14 months. The replacement plan is worth it.

I almost bought the Splatoon Switch and the reverse Green/Pink Joy-Con bundle a few years ago just so I could get my hands on these. Glad I didn't because I never wanted to own a pink pair.

Almost perfect!

I really like this color option vs the others. I’m giving this controller 4 stars because I had to buy it as a replacement for my left joycon which was having Joycon drift issues. If you’re looking to just replace the left Joycon, check out Nintendo’s website. They sell them individually now.

Replacement

But disappointed we had to buy these joy-cons to replace the originals, that started to drift so badly they were unusable. You’d think Nintendo could fix this design flaw or mechanical issue. But instead, it feels like planned obsolescence where they’re forcing you to buy new equipment every 6 months. And at $80 buck a pop, that’s not easy to take.
