The remotes glitch a lot and never fully charge so they die quickly(within 20 minutes)

I really love the switch but I have had problems with the controller sets I have purchased. The set that came with the console started having sticking buttons and bad analogs a month after I got it. I couldnt bring myself to spend 80 on a new set during hard times. I just bought a new set a month and a half ago and its starting to have unresponsive buttons now. Feel like they should be a little more durable for such an expensive controller. Again I love the system and when it works like new its awesome. But durability in these controllers needs to go up.

The L joycon went kaput! Had to replace the whole set.

It's good, work perfectly fine, time to time it give little problems

The joy cons are pretty decent value if you are playing 4 player games like Mario Kart 8. When used in these aspects you’re essentially getting two controllers for the price of one big one.

They work good the only thing I don’t like it doesn’t have the letters on them

We’ve had these for a little over two years and they’ve worked pretty decently. However, they started making a springy noise when moving the analog stick. It’s a little annoying and it makes for more resistance, but it’s whatever. The matter finish is also super nice and great to touch.

You have to have insurance on these joy sticks they don't last a yesr

Love this color controller works great but is quite expensive

My son LOVES these new handles for his Switch! his old ones were sticking and not working as well so we got him these and he switched them out easily and began playing!

If you have any games where 3 or 4 people might play, get these. They charge only while attached to the console, so you have to switch which ones you are playing with or get a standalone charging base.

I had purchased an off brand and it didn't work as well and as long. Nothing like the real thing

They don’t last that long but work as needed until one of them dies

Sometimes the joycons have a delay but other than that its ok.

Work just like joycons that come with the Switch. No complaints. Time will tell how long they hold up.

What do i think ,well in my opinion we've bought 3 going on the 4th and product is garbage,nothing against Best Buy but yes against product for sure.

These additional controllers are great, but pricy.

They both were fine at first, but the 2nd time we went to use them the purple one didn’t work after it had just been docked on the system. The only reason I bought the set was to have the purple.

Experienced joycon drift a few months after purchase with light use.

This was the only in-stock option at the time, sucks these controllers go bad so easily. Wish Nintendo would make these a little better or charge less for them.
