Controllers are in flawless condition, the box not so much however I believe that is the fault of UPS NOT Best Buy. 10/10 would definitely buy another set of joycons from Best Buy again.

I got the joy cons early before the package was supposed to be here and they are in great condition and I’m loving them! They are very useful for people who suffer joy con drift.

They work, on & off the tablet part of the device, but they look a bit different than the picture on the box? Not sure if my son knows they look like this.

I purchased the Joy-Con as an open box item. Best Buy had identified the grade of the open box item was excellent. I knew I was going to have problems as soon as I took them out of the box. The noticed obvious normal wear and tear that should've been identified by the person who inspected these by Best Buy. The cosmetics were not a big deal as long as the product worked. I tested the product and the left Joy-Con was damaged. There were actions on the screen as if the knob was being moved while not being touched. I now have to take an hour out of my day to go to a Best Buy, convince them I'm not trying to scam them, and then pay full price for another controller. Thankfully I have the receipt from Amazon showing I had just purchased the Switch.

Always good to have an extra pair for company and parties.

Be aware of shipping damage. Ordere these as a gift. Box was smashed in, no location had them in area to exchange.

Purchased the item as an "Open Box - Excellent" condition item. Left it connected to the base for hours and only one of the Joy-Cons are charging. The other one is dead/useless. Since i had to wait to receive the main system I couldn't test before the 15 day return window. Basically wasted half my money.

Controllers for the Nintendo Switch system. I would give them 5 stars but I purchased these because my originals had succumb to the dreaded Joy Con drift.... These were no different. Already need new ones.

I have to be honest. My two biggest concerns with the Switch as a gaming console were both related to the joy-cons. First and foremost was my lack of faith in wireless controls. Perhaps I'm too old school, and haven't had much experience using newer systems and newer game controls, but I have always had a wired connection to my consoles in the past. My second concern was the size of these devices. They're tiny! But as it turns out, these things have been (so far) absolutely flawless both in form and function. Both the set I recieved with my Switch as well as the spare set I purchased in order to play some serious local 4-player Mario Kart tournaments have not given me any troubles. Battery life is phenomenal, the capabilities of the devices are really impressive (play a few mini-games on 1-2-Switch to check out some of the neat capabilities of these devices!), and the motion controls are far more accurate than I could have believed possible before purchasing my Switch. Even playing with one joy-con in the horizontal orientation is much more manageable than I expected, although it is admittedly not comfortable for longer gaming sessions due to the diminutive size of the device. But if you intend to do any sort of local multi-player type gaming on your Switch, then you definitely need to pick up a second set of joy-cons, regardless of color. Yes, you can play with two players on your standard set that comes with your device, but it's a lot more comfortable to play with one in each hand, and it doesn't hurt to have the option to expand your two sets into four separate controls. I'm way more impressed with these than I thought I would be, and I think that everyone who owns a Switch really ought to have at least one spare set of joy-cons to go with it.

Ordered a pair, came defective. Noticed within the first few hours. The problem was “Joycon Drift”, aka the joysticks were inputting a direction when i was not even touching them. Got a replacement, same thing happened. Luckily Best Buy does right by their customers!

These joy con controllers work great! Love the colors. Easy to sync to device.

Sold out of new ones but I noticed that a pair of open box ones were available. When they arrived the sticker on the box said excellent condition. Would not charge no matter how long I left them to charge. They obviously don’t check the products or else they would have seen the missing button on the blue joy con or the scuffs and peeling thumb stick on the yellow one. Returned and purchased a new pink and green set in store.

These controllers are durable, look great (if neon pink and green are your type of thing), and work as expected. They are a bit expensive compared to their wired counterpart, but having the wireless option is worth the premium.
