As many others have said these are great controllers if a little expensive (although technically you are getting two controllers which makes it slightly better). For those that got the Neon Red/Blue Nintendo Switch then this package will get you a complete left/right red joy-con set and a left/right blue joy-con set which is great for those that like the added color but want the matching sets.

Bought to allow 4 of my family to play some of my games together. Once charged they worked flawlessly.

Many of the game titles have multiple player modes, so you need more controllers. Each joy-con can function as an individual controller but I think most people prefer using it as a full controller with both joy-cons. Using the single can tire you fast. I recommend getting the insurance for $11. These haven't proven too durable with younger kids.

Love the colors. I wanted to get four joycons so I could play Mario kart with friends and wanted to get something fun to go with the neon red and blue joycons I got with the console. Overall quality is great, exactly what you would expect since it’s a Nintendo product. Really you’re buying these for the colors and these go well with what I had.

So far they are working perfectly fine! I got these so I could have the matching color set from the original joycons. Also so I could play switch sports. The only issue I have with joycons is the ergonomics of them, definitely not the best for long gaming sessions. But, so far no issues!

The quality you find in the new switch is evident and continues in these extra controllers. We added these to our base unit model and four of us can play at a time. Comes with two extra side bar slide-ons so you can have fully functional and graspable controllers. Highly recommend for families and friend group use around a TV.

This controller is very user-friendly. It has all the instructions that you need on how to play with it and they’re easy to follow. Playing nintendo is one of the favorite pasttime activities of our family.

So far so good lol. Buying these enabled me to send in my others for drift-repair; hopefully these won't need to go in, as Nintendo's current policy is to replace with greys or red/blue. Pre-orderd online and picked up in-store on release day with no issues. Should have saved myself $10 w/price matching but forgot, that's on me :D

No gaming console compares to the Nintendo Switch. These controllers are an essential addition to the system- especially since these additional controllers are reversed from the original switch controllers. Now you can have an all neon red or all neon blue set! Good to have for lots of friends to play together, and a great back up set just in case as well. A Must Buy!

We needed replacement joy-cons for our switch as it is a very well loved item in our home. They work great and the colors are amazing!

BIG hit with the family when we play Mario Party, Kart 8, etc. I like how you can convert them into a larger controller with the connection piece that came with, and we purchased another one. Of you have larger hands they will come close to cramping! Other than that, we enjoy these controllers.

I got these because I had destroyed my original Left joy-con when I was performing a case mod. These are great replacements. One complaint I have is the price. Nintendo should really lower the price on these. My only other complaint is that over time these joy-cons become loose and start to wiggle slightly off the console. This can be remedied by swapping out the plastic locks for metal ones. (This method required you to open up the controllers and swap them out DIY style) Otherwise, these work just like the originals. It was very easy to swap them out and get them connected.

I love these colors, my son calls them the watermelon controllers! Quality is great, texture feels really good to hold, and all in all it was super easy to set up with our existing Switch! The price seemed a bit steep in my opinion however, but I guess that's the price of things these days.

These replaced one of the damaged stock controllers that came with the original game. These function like the original. I received a lot of compliments about the new colors.

Got these to replace a second pair of joy cons that have started to experience the drift. It’s extremely frustrating that this was the second time paying $80 to fix a known issue. We’ll be sending the old controllers back to nintendo, but it would be nice to be able to still play games in the meantime, hence this purchase. It’s currently too early to tell, but hopefully these controllers will lasts longer than a year. The colors are very true to the box though, which is really nice.
