Very easy to use and install, very colorful Joy-cons

The controllers feel very natural. The batteries last forever, but charging is awkward with just the Switch. Also 80 dollars for the equivalent of one controller is pretty expensive.

Great product! Worth every penny. The options and selection that Best Buy offers is amazing and they give you the option to purchase the original Nintendo product or explore the 3rd party options as well.

These work great but are just very expensive. The come charged and ready to be used.

Real cool colors and easy to set up on switch system

We got a 2nd switch and were needing another pair of Joy-Cons to have (so we aren't taking the ones on/off of the main switch all the time when we want to play it on the TV). If I could get a good mix/match for "red/yellow" then I'd really be stoked but they work great and that's what really matter.

If you haven’t held them, the joy cons are a controller(s) that have a really solid feel. The two shoulder buttons can be tricky for my larger fingers sometimes but it’s not too bad. I love the clicky buttons, they have great tactile feedback. The battery life is what it is. I will say that these have survived a couple drops and still work great.

This will be our third set of joy-cons since owning the Switch. When working properly, they are great. Something in the design needs to be done about the drift. Never had remotes on older gaming systems do this. For the price, I believe the consumer deserves better. Or better yet, how about a lifetime warranty, since buying extended coverage usually doesn't help. Remotes always give trouble when warranty is expired.

Of course, brand new they work like a charm. These were replacements of the original controllers because the originals started drifting and I was afraid to fix them on my own and through nintendo, well, it wasn't economically wise to get them repaired when the cost was almost the same as new ones. So, hoping these will work for years to come w/o problems.

Son loves these but the controllers seems to start drifting after a while. That is sad cause these controllers are not cheap. Nee to bring price down if having to purchase often. But that’s Nintendo and I let them know too. But the service was good with Best Buy often purchase from you. Keep up good work..

Boughy these to replace original ones thanks to the drift. Hopefully these ones are solid. Love the gray color

Works as intended. Little pricey considering how long they have been in existence.

I bought these to play with friends but due to covid-19 thats not gonna happen for a while. On the plus side I now have more than enough controllers for when everything goes back to normal. I also got these on the chance that my original controllers catch the drift. You never know and I got the warranty just in case.
