Could last longer

I finally bought another pair, but really wish these things would last longer. Hoping it was just a defective set and not something that happens all the time. These are not cheap!

As much as I miss the Wii and the WiiU, these JoyCons are pretty neat. Specially for retro gaming and precision in game play.

Standard switch controllers and quality

The range is poor, as they continually disconnect when I use them in my small family room. No controller drift yet, but that seems to be the common thread with Nintendo controllers.

I highly recommend the 2 year warranty on all the Switch controllers! We've used ours twice so far!

Make sure to get the geek squad protection as it will break under heavy use or abuse by your children, so the insurance protection is well worth it to avoid spending 80 or more every 6 - 12 months.
