They work exactly as expected and are fully compatible with my Nintendo Switch console. My only complaint is that they are pricey, but for being a Nintendo product, I am not surprised.

They are super durable! One of my kids rage quit and threw the controller against the wall...guess what? Still works. It's going to be her controller forever now!
