Broken Joysick on “New” switch controller.

They claim the product was “new” but if I were to guess it was a refurbished or used model they tried to portray as new because there is no reason why the joy stick should be broken. The joystick veers left during gameplay. It is now too late to return them because I haven’t had the need to use them because the reason I bought them was to be able to play 4 players at family gatherings. The controller was broken before its first time being used.
