Replacements for a prior set prone to 'drifting'

I purchased a set about a year ago. They are now drifting, just like a lot of joycons end up doing, and are unusable. Fortunately, I purchased the protection plan so these are the replacements. Time will tell if Nintendo has fixed this in current joycons in stores. But, joycons purchased earlier are terrible. They don't last long before they start drifting. My kids have been using pro controllers more often because they are more durable.

Just Alright

These were a replacement for joy cons with drift. I’ve had my PlayStation controllers for five years and my joy cons went out in less than two. That’s unacceptable and frustrating.
