Controllers been working fine, but..

Unfortunately we didn't know till we got home and the controllers weren't working. We inspected the product and found out that someone did a switch and return. I will say that Best Buy was great about the return. We told them and they didn't have a problem with the refund, unfortunately we had to hunt down another store 30 mins away to get another one. We definitely checked this time before we left the store.

Nice looking replacement for the original Joy-Cons

This will be our 3rd pair of Joy-Cons for this Switch. My Son told me that if we send in the old failed Joy-Cons to Nintendo they could replace them with working pairs.

Wish they held up a bit longer

They work wonderful when new and are easy to install. No choice but to buy more with how much the kids love the Switch. This is probably the point for Nintendo to skim more money off us but I wish that wasn't the case.

Lousy delivery service
