Bought as BEST BUY CERTIFIED REFURBISHED FOR 59.99 which is $10 cheaper than a new set. Only bought them because everyone else was out. These were the only ones left I thought hey if they are Best Buy certified they must be fine. NOPE got home tried them the left one DRIFTED UP AND DOWN CONSTANTLY! The x button did not work at all. Took them back immediately explained the issue, the worker told me “yeah that happens sometimes even if they are certified” I said “then why do you keep putting them back on the shelf at almost full price if they don’t work?!?!” She said “they will be fine” I was super upset with how this situation was handled!!

I like these better than the ones that originally came with my Switch. Joysticks seem to feel more fluid and comfortable.

They work super good! They don’t hurt your fingers even after hours of using non stop.

First of all, the neon colored Joy Cons are absolutely difficult to purchase. The inventory of these items practically don't exist and the only way to luck out buying them is to check the website every day or pay a little more on eBay. Persistence surely pays off because I was able to have my pick of the crop among the colors one afternoon when BestBuy received some inventory of Switch accessories. Secondly, when you do finally get your hands on a set, the neon colored (Red/Blue combo is what I purchased) is absolutely amazing. The bright colors of the physical product are poorly represented on the cardboard box, but maybe it's a good thing because when you take them out of the box and actually see them with your own eyes of how bright the colors are, then you will surely be more impressed! Immediately, you get a rush to play endlessly all night because the colors make you a "better" player. Who cares about work, right? Wrong. Go to work. Playing the Switch all day doesn't pay your bills. Last, but definitely not least, if you own the Switch with the neon Joy Cons, you now have 4 different color combinations to play with... Red/Blue, Red/Red, Blue/Red, and Blue/Blue. Whatever combination you fancy, the controllers are top-notch quality, albeit some people face issues with the left Joy Con (I have yet to experience the same, knock on wood). Regardless, if you can get your hands on a pair, then it's definitely worth the purchase. Rumors have it that Nintendo will release various color combinations in the future. Their "latest" offering in the USA is the ARMS neon yellow Joy Cons, while Japan has already seen the Splatoon 2 neon green/pink versions (Autumn 2017 in USA).

As a family of 4, 2 controllers was an issue. We bought these and have been able to enjoy our switch altogether!

If you are buying the Switch with one pair of JoyCons buy another pair so two players can compete in those games that require a pair per player.

Sadly this is the major downfall for Nintendo. Constant drift issues with them they refuse to fix. And they don’t hold up that long. Fairly chintzy.

Bought these originally to allow for more players to enjoy our switch at home, but returned these in favor of the red and blue controllers.

Replacement for a pair that my son had worn out over the past few years; rec' them in a timely manner and have worked great.

If you have a switch you need extra a extra controller so four played can play, or two with all the button control. Work perfect, just watch which direction you put the black plate on, can be a pain to get off if stuck

If you have read any news about the Joy-Con controllers then you will know their joy-sticks tend to wear too fast like an old N64 controller. The look of these are sharp and they work just fine, but I can not speak for how long they will last.

Great product. Frustrating that the controllers have a tendency to not work after a while.

The Joy-Con were a great buy. The only thing is that the color is more neon than it appears on the box.
