Used product sold as new
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went down to my local Best Buy store to pick up a Nintendo Switch and an extra set of joy con controllers and was happy with my experience until I got home. I opened my extra set of controllers to find finger prints, scratches and dents on the controllers that were sold to me as “new”. Normally it is not a big deal but these controllers have damage to them and are obviously not new. This is one of the reasons I prefer to buy online through other retailers
