They work fine, as intended. Best Buys service was great. But these controllers just are not fun to use. Maybe as a kid with tiny kid hands it might be easier. As a gown person who identifies as a man, with big manly hands these are a nightmare to use.

Best buy offers a warranty that covers ANY damage. Joycons that I bought with the switch seem to have lots of issues in a short amount of time, so I am happy to be covered if I have this problem again.

The colors of these Joy Cons are playful and pleasing to look at.

This is like my 4th pair of controllers I’ve bought for my son bc the buttons always seem to not work or u can’t click . Hopefully this one lasts longer

Fun controllers for the Nintendo Switch. It makes it fun as you can use them individually and have more friends play at the same time and the wireless connection between the switch and controllers is solid.

I used these for a custom build actually, I personally don’t like taking apart already custom builds, so this is where this set comes in at. The original color of them are really pretty actually the green one is more of a neon green but the blue kinda reminds me of a dark electric blue almost. Work just as well as the ones that come with the switch

Bought these for my son because he broke the original set. He absolutely LOVES these! Says they play much smoother and are easier to control than the original ones. He Loves them (age 15) Gamer! Enough Said!

Easy to use and easy to charge remotes and the colors are nice

I can't get enough of the satisfying click! The grey is muted, low key and slick. Considering the tech that's packed into these controllers (HD rumble, motion control, IR camera just to name a few) the price is fair.

My son loves the neon yellow color. However, this is our 3rd purchase in less than a year for Joy-Con’s and we are hoping we dont have same issue as other failed Joy-cons, which is the joystick fails, either in push or navigate.

good for an extra set. Made for small hands. Be carefull putting them on.

Only real con is the price. $80 for a controller is a lot of money, but otherwise this adds a 2nd set of joy cons to your switch. Makes it 4 controllers total for 1 joy con games. Color is a nice contrast to the grey ones that came with the Switch.

Was skeptical about open box buy but I ended up happy with the purchase. Original packaging was damaged but joy cons were in excellent cosmetic shape and function perfectly.

Great controllers when new. They are a bit uncomfortable and small to play for extended periods. I recommend getting a good Switch grip like the "Mumba Blade." The dreaded "joycon drift" is real, unfortunately. It does happen frequently. Buying a protection plan here is wise to protect your investment.
