The color of these is AMAZING! Would love to get these again since the kids are hard on the joysticks and have had to replace them a few times.

Controllers work well when connected to the console but they aren’t the best for wireless

Unfortunately, as everyone knows that the Joycons suffer from the drift. For such an expensive product and for it to be such poor quality (mine only lasted 6 months of perhaps 250-300 of use) is disappointing. Getting 3 stars because of their incredible color.

I bought these for my son who loves the color green. He was so excited to see them. I kinda like that they are a Best Buy exclusive. They work as expected. They look fantastic.

Both brand new controllers drift right out of the box. Sending them in for warranty repairs. The two that came with the OLED Switch also drift. Sending them all in.

The remotes glitch a lot and never fully charge so they die quickly(within 20 minutes)

I really love the switch but I have had problems with the controller sets I have purchased. The set that came with the console started having sticking buttons and bad analogs a month after I got it. I couldnt bring myself to spend 80 on a new set during hard times. I just bought a new set a month and a half ago and its starting to have unresponsive buttons now. Feel like they should be a little more durable for such an expensive controller. Again I love the system and when it works like new its awesome. But durability in these controllers needs to go up.

What I love about purchasing Switch controllers at Best Buy is the warranty options. Something happens…bring it back and BOOM!!! Replaced!

The L joycon went kaput! Had to replace the whole set.

It's good, work perfectly fine, time to time it give little problems

The joy cons are pretty decent value if you are playing 4 player games like Mario Kart 8. When used in these aspects you’re essentially getting two controllers for the price of one big one.

They're too fragile. I feel like they last a couple months and then they don't work right. If you can get a protection plan, you should.

They work good the only thing I don’t like it doesn’t have the letters on them

We’ve had these for a little over two years and they’ve worked pretty decently. However, they started making a springy noise when moving the analog stick. It’s a little annoying and it makes for more resistance, but it’s whatever. The matter finish is also super nice and great to touch.

You have to have insurance on these joy sticks they don't last a yesr

Love this color controller works great but is quite expensive

My son LOVES these new handles for his Switch! his old ones were sticking and not working as well so we got him these and he switched them out easily and began playing!

If you have any games where 3 or 4 people might play, get these. They charge only while attached to the console, so you have to switch which ones you are playing with or get a standalone charging base.

They don’t last that long but work as needed until one of them dies

I had purchased an off brand and it didn't work as well and as long. Nothing like the real thing
