Very easy to breaks. I am on my 4th set since Christmas 2017

My son loves pikachu so we picked up this set of controllers.

The controllers connected to the system easily and quickly.

good starting point but my boy wants the pro controller now

I hate switch remotes. The color was amazing but Nintendo does a pretty bad job in the quality of controllers in general. I feel like I’ve bought a bunch of pairs already, the analogs are not built for a long time, not even a good time.

I got this for my nephew and it got malfunctioning issue first week

Not much to say, it's kind of your only option. Just wish Nintendo didn't cheap out on the joysticks and buttons. The ones that came with my switch only lasted a little over a year.

Great Joy-cons but they are joy-cons so they of course they will experience drift, just as mine have. I do love the color so I will purchase again, hopefully they last longer.

Left controller disconnects after some use. Disrupts the game.

Will get the drift no way around it. Nintendo is aware of the issue, still puts out garbage product. Profit over consumer.

was not able to use system was defective, from out of box

Both controllers do not function properly. I will find my joint stick stuck going in one direction and buttons don’t always respond. This all happened after a couple days of use

My boys have had nintendo switch for over 4 years now, i just think the quality of these controllers should be better. We've had to buy them several over the years and they just keep malfunctioning.

They don’t make these things like they used to. I feel like I’m replacing them every 6 months. But there are no alternatives you have to buy them from Nintendo.

Great product works. But it is missing the straps.

I like the controllers they're not as nice however as the pro controllers and there is a minor issue with wireless connectivity sometimes on the left controller that causes some lag and thumbstick issues if you're too far from the switch, works great at close range.

This is the second pair I've had to buy. The vibration won't stop. Not a sold product

SUPER SUPER BAD SERVICE I NEVER RESIVE THE PACKAGE AND THEY CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT TO GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE FOR TOMORROW OR MONDAY. THAT'S SUPER BUT SUPER CHEAP ASF.

This is not the fault of Best Buy, but these joycons are subject to drifting problems. There has even been a class action lawsuit filed against Nintendo for this. These were way too expensive to be so poorly made.
