My son states the his left controller has stooped working for the second time. Since it is needed to play games, how can I not recommend it. Nonetheless, not happy to have had to replace it twice already, very concerning.

Love the colors. Hate that they’re the flimsiest controllers ever made and a joy stick broke after it slipped out of my hand and gently fell less than a foot. Sigh.

I am already having button issues with this product. I do own multiple joy cons but these grey ones ended up being unresponsive far too soon. I just hope my next set of joy cons will last longer.

I truly think Nintendo drop the ball. This is the second set of controllers due to sticking issues. I don't think you can get around it. Eventually all the controllers stick. Very frustrating.

Ordered a "refurbished" unit and when it arrived, there was only 1 joycon in the box. Ended up having to return it at the store

One was not working good within a day, I know it’s a Nintendo issue, because this is my 4 set

When I received my package, I opened it only to find two used left side remotes. Disgusting.. especially with this pandemic going on! I quickly took it into a store near me for an exchange!

Drift is still bad, even in newer joycons. Both of these now have drift and we have put them in the drift drawer with 10 other joycons.

Poor only because it had drift straight out of the box bestbuy was good enough to do a full refund. I did like the color :(

Im hoping I can get a response, I just got my switch in midApril and the Green joy con I purchases does not respond to motion controls :( SO DISAPPOINTED!! Calibrating it does not work either!

I ordered the Joycons and did not recieve them. I guess they're lost in transit.

One of the controllers do not work. I will be returning when I get back to NY.

The only thing that keeps this or any of the joycon controllers from receiving 5 stars is how cheaply they're made. We shouldn't have to pay this much for easily broken plastic.

I was not happy with these. The joy sticks were loose and quality was low... i have abother set that was fine. But these were not good.

Purchased with a warranty as Nintendos Quality Control is absolutely terrible. Ended up with joystick drift after 6+ months, ended up returning and swapping it out with a brand new pair, with another warranty. Nintendo is in the middle of a class action lawsuit with how shoddily made these things are. When you buy them, ABSOLUTELY spring for the extra geek squad warranty. You will regret not doing so!

The left joy-con was broken upon arrival and the Best Buy system did not update the item had arrived, in which I had to contact customer service to work with regarding returning this item.

joy con keeps malfunctioning, they did not make these remotes child resistant

These joycons were defective upon purchasing the pink ones analog stick would not register some actions and would not press in correctly.

these break too easily they are way toooo expensive. I might just buy a new system the next time and I bought 2 packets.

Good controllers Nintendo made but sometimes after awhile they tend to start getting loose. They start coming out by themselves, without hitting the button on the back of the switch.
